Thus, when a composite of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and a two-dimensional Ni-MOF is prepared and used as an energy storage electrode material, the two-dimensional Ni-organic framework/rGO composite of the present disclosure can exhibit higher discharge capacity per weight due to the synergistic effect of rGO and Ni-MOF as compared to when Ni-MOF is used alone, and the composite can be used to manufacture a thin-film type electrode, which can be used as a next-generation energy storage electrode having high mechanical bending strength and energy density per volume.

One of the purposes of the dominant customer location identification system is to plan for site capacity (for example, small cell planning, hot-spots planning, and dense area capacity planning) and to offer optimum/premium customer experience. The system does this by understanding the customer's dominant locations over a certain period of time (for example, monthly) so that the customer's overall experience can be enhanced. The set of available metrics for a particular base station may vary according to the supplier. A machine learning model is thus trained using metrics from multiple base stations, and used to estimate values for metrics that a particular base station does not provide. The metrics are then further characterized according to the service classes of the users, and resources for improving the performance of base stations are allocated according to the reported and estimated metrics for various service classes.

A first value of an output quantity is predicted on a data-based model at a current point in time. A second value of the output quantity is determined from an analytical model. The state of the technical system at the current point is assigned a confidence score in the correctness of prediction of the data-based model. A third value of the output quantity is determined from the first and second value as a function of the confidence score for controlling the technical system. A suitable value for the output quantity can be derived from the analytical model even for regions of the technical system in which the quality of prediction of the data-based model is low because of a small set of training data. The technical systems can be turbines, such as gas turbines.
