The enhanced shopping experience may include providing the customer with customized delivery of product information. The product information may include demonstrations of product use, samples of products, recommendations of related products or areas of interest to a customer, etc. To provide the customized information, the customer may register to be identified while at the physical store location. The physical store location may include sensors that identify a location of the registered customer. A presentation module may then push relevant content to a device located near the customer, possibly in response to a request from the customer and/or a location of the customer.

    Abstract: Motion and/or orientation sensing systems can utilize gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, and other sensors for measuring motion or orientation of connected objects. Temperature changes affect the precision of the data output by the motion/orientation sensing device. A system is provided for controllably heating a device within a package to a desired temperature that varies based on the ambient temperature. The operating temperature of the device can then be known and controlled. The ambient temperature can be known through an ambient temperature sensor, for example. Given this information, a controller compensates the data output by the device to further improve the accuracy in the measurements. Like the amount of heating provided to the package, the amount of compensation is also based on the ambient temperature and/or the device temperature.

A patient-volume is calculated for each health-care-provider, based on the patient-diagnosis codes and associated severity-factors.     Abstract: A sensor sleeve for use in detecting a failure in an article (e.g., a hydraulic hose), the sensor sleeve includes an insulator layer that separates two electrode layers. As such, the electrode layers deform to contact each other, which changes the impedance as measured across the electrode layers. The sensor sleeve is designed to change electrical impedance (resistance) due to fluid pressure initiating a hole through the sensor itself. The sensor sleeve will detect the fluid leak when the hole penetrates the sensor and brings the two elastic electrodes in contact with each other and/or the fluid, which when the fluid is conductive fluid, creates a signal path between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, which also changes the impedance as measured across the electrode layers.
