    Abstract: A radiopaque fiducial marker (RFM) includes an implantable marker element having a density ranging from about 0.8 g/cm3 to about 1.5 g/cm3 such that the implantable marker element is radiopaque but does not create artifacts under magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or ultrasound imaging. The RFM may be a filament with a radiodensity of between +100 to +2800 Hounsfield Units, or the filament may have a radiodensity of at least 100 Hounsfield Units above the radiodensity of adjacent soft tissue, or a radiodensity of at least 100 Hounsfield Units below the radiodensity of adjacent bony anatomy.

The cable assembly further includes a solder layer disposed about the metal foil, wherein the solder layer bonds and electrically couples the first foil portion to itself, the second foil portion to cable shielding at the location on the plurality of conductors that is proximate to the conductor interface, and the third foil portion to the plug receiver. The cable assembly further includes an electrically insulating layer that encases the metal shell, the metal foil, and the solder layer.

Activity log records are created that represent actions taken with respect to a set of tabular data. One or more normalized versions of the activity log records may be created. The activity log records (and, in some embodiments, the normalized versions of the activity log records) may be grouped and hashed together, such that groups of activity log records may be compared to each other by comparing the resulting hashes. Grouping and hashing may allow large numbers of comparisons to be made efficiently enough to support detection of repeated actions on large scale, multi-user, and multi-tenant systems.
