Abstract: A cleaner having a handle assembly rotatable in all directions is disclosed, the handle assembly including a housing; a handle which is capable of being gripped by a user; a connection unit which connects the handle with the housing to rotate in all directions; and an elastic unit which elastically biases the handle to a neutral position. As the handle is capable of rotating in all directions, a user can clean a surface without feeling strain in his or her joints.

Abstract: A vacuum cleaner having a discharge flow path, which reduces noise generated due to resistance of the flow path, and by a motor. The vacuum cleaner includes a body, a blower fan unit including a blower fan and a motor to generate suction force in the body, an inner case surrounding the blower fan unit and having an inner flow path formed therein, an outer case surrounding the inner case, and a discharge flow path formed between the inner case and the outer case to communicate with the inner flow path. The discharge flow path including a circulation flow path branched from the inner flow path to guide air discharged from the blower fan unit, and a bent flow path branched from the inner flow path to guide the air discharged from the blower fan unit, the air is thereby bent a number of times in the bent flow path.

The valve apparatus has a valve body accommodation part including an inner surface of a cylindrical shape for communicating with the outlet, and connected to a gas discharging path for discharging the compressed gas discharged through the outlet; and a valve body accommodated in the valve body accommodation part and curved to close the outlet elastically and to open the outlet with the compressed gas of the compression part.
