Abstract: Compositions comprising a first dispersion of lipid vesicles which are capable of penetrating into the deep layers of the skin and which contain at least one active agent chosen from moisturizing agents, anti-free-radical agents, keratolytic agents, protides, enzymes, anti-elastase agents and anti-collagenase agents, and fatty acid derivatives, for treating these deep layers, and a second dispersion of lipid vesicles which are capable of penetrating into the surface layers of the skin and which contain at least one active agent chosen from keratolytic agents, tensioning agents, moisturizing agents, surface-restructuring agents and anti-free-radical agents, for treating these surface layers, are effective for combating ageing, acting simultaneously on the surface layers and deep layers of the skin.

Abstract: A composition comprising a first dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of entering the deep layers of the skin and containing at least one first active substance capable of treating these deep layers, and a second dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of entering the surface layers of the skin and containing at least one second active substance, different from the first active substance, capable of treating these surface layers is found effective for anti-age, anti-wrinkle, depigmenting, nutrient, slimming, hydrating, anti-ache, antimycotic, anti-dermic and anti-psoriatic treatment.

Abstract: The process consists in dissolving a corticosteroid in the lipid phase of nonionic amphiphilic lipid vesicles consisting of one or more lipid lamellae.Composition for carrying out the above process, in which the vesicles are dispersed in an aqueous phase D, have an average diameter of between 10 and 5,000 nm and contain as corticosteroids 17- and/or 21-mono- or -diesters of hydrocortisone, cortisone, prednisone, prednisolone or 6-methylprednisolone, the corticosteroids representing 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of the total lipids of the lamellae.
