    Abstract: A pick providing two plectra is a laminate of two conjoined planar components. A first component comprises rigid material providing at one end a grasping portion and at an opposite end a plectrum portion as a rounded point suitable for plucking. The second component comprises flexible material providing at one end an upper portion for joining to the first component and at the other end a plectrum portion as a rounded point suitable for strumming. The pick is grasped by a player at the grasping portion of the first component. By angling the attack of the pick, the player may then employ either the plectrum of the first component for picking strings or the plectrum of the second component for strumming strings.

    Abstract: An envelope gasket features a bonded construction. In one example, a virgin PTFE envelope is bonded to a pair of microcellular or expanded PTFE filler material annular rings. The PTFE filler annular rings are then bonded together around a corrugated metal insert ring (on the inner and outer diameter), thus sealing inside microcellular or expanded PTFE. Alternatively, when using expanded graphite filler material annular rings, the PTFE envelope is bonded to the expanded graphite filler rings by pressure and heat, and the filler rings are bonded to each other by pressure during the bonding process.

In response to the feedback, and while continuing to operate the pumpjack, one or more speed adjustments are made to specific control periods, so as to alter the motor speed profile while continuing to operate the electric motor to drive the pump jack. The intra-cycle control optimizes flow while reacting to detrimental and changing conditions.
