Abstract: Methods and compositions for reducing expression of a mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein in a cell are provided. Such methods include contacting the cell with an effective amount of a nucleic acid silencing agent targeting a differentiating polymorphism in RNA encoding the mHTT.

Abstract: A method of playing a poker wagering game with one or more players and a dealer. Each player makes one or more wagers prior to the cards being dealt. The wagers include a pair plus dealer wager as well as other types of optional wagers. The player may win the pair plus dealer wager if the dealer's hand includes a pair or better, regardless of the outcome of the other wagers.

Abstract: A seat belt anchor (“anchor”) for a vehicle. The anchor is comprised of a bracket and a pair of nested plates. The bracket has a first plate portion and a second plate portion extending from the first plate portion. The second plate portion is attached to the nested plates, which extend substantially across the second plate portion. The nested plates are comprised of an intermediate plate and an outer plate. The intermediate plate is fixedly attached to the second plate portion. Also, the outer plate is rotatably attached to the intermediate plate.

A handle is pivotally secured to the housing for movement between a rest position and actuating positions into and out of the well. The handle assembly also includes a bell crank that is pivotally mounted to the housing and operatively engaged with the handle. In addition, the handle assembly includes a release lever that is pivotally mounted to the housing and selectively coupled to the bell crank. The release lever is operatively connected to the door latch. Movement of the handle in either direction from its rest position pivots the bell crank and the release lever together relative to the housing to unlatch the door.
