Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system in package having a chiplet with a first substrate and a first die deposed over the first substrate, a second die, a second substrate that the chiplet and the second die are deposed over, and a heatsink spreader deposed over the chiplet and the second die. Herein, the first substrate includes layered-cake shaped heatsink stanchions that are coupled to the first die, and the second substrate includes layered-cake shaped heatsink stanchions that are coupled to the chiplet and the second die. As such, heat generated by the first die can be dissipated by the heatsink stanchions within the first and second substrates, and heat generated by the second die can be dissipated by the heatsink stanchions within the second substrate. Furthermore, the heat generated by the first die and the second die can be dissipated by the heatsink spreader above them.

  • Publication number: 20230145639
Abstract: A system in package (SiP) with an air cavity is disclosed. In one aspect, a technique to bond a lid over the air cavity that reduces the risk of cavity integrity failure is provided. More specifically, a metal ring is provided that conforms to or is congruent to a shape of a lower lip of the lid. A dielectric material covers the metal ring, and a low modulus epoxy is used to bind the lower lip of the lid to the dielectric material. The lid and metal ring may have comparable thermal coefficients, which, when coupled with the low modulus epoxy, reduces chance of gross failure of the cavity.

  • Patent number: 11617917
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatuses, and systems for non-linear breathing entrainment. As described herein, “breathing entrainment” refers to guiding a user's breath or breathing. According to an aspect, an initial breathing period and a final breathing period are selected. Based on the initial and final breathing periods, a non-linear breath rate per minute sequence is determined. A guiding stimulus is output and aligned with the non-linear breath rate per minute sequence. The guiding stimulus is non-linearly altered with the non-linear breath rate per minute sequence to align with the final breathing period over an interval of time. The non-linear alterations of the guiding stimulus vary based on an amount of time the guiding stimulus has been output.

  • Publication number: 20230102116
Abstract: This disclosure relates to verifying the trustworthiness of web applications. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining, by a browser of a client device, an electronic resource comprising code for a web application. The browser renders the electronic resource, including processing the code of the web application. The code causes the browser to initiate a request to a remote server. In response to processing the code, the request is generated and modified to include at least a portion of an integrity element for the web application. The modified request is sent to the remote server. A response to the request is received from the remote server. The response is based on the remote server verifying that the web application is trustworthy using the integrity element. Data is displayed based on the response.
