  • Patent number: 10979522
Abstract: Generally discussed herein are systems, devices, and methods for data management in a reverse content data network (rCDN). A component of the rCDN may include a memory to hold content received from a first sensor device of a plurality of sensor devices of the rCDN and first attributes that describe properties of the content. The component may include processing circuitry to receive second content from a second sensor device of the plurality of sensor devices, the second content including a plurality of second attributes that describe properties of the second content, and forward, in response to a determination, based on the first and second attributes, that there is insufficient space to store the second content on the memory, the second content to a node of the rCDN that is fewer hops away from a backend cloud than the component.

  • Patent number: 10409974
Abstract: Technologies for user authorization include a compute device configured to determine one or more physical attributes of a non-electronic physical object and authorize a user to a protected system based on the determined physical attributes of the non-electronic physical object. The physical attributes may include, for example, an acoustic signature, a color signature, a shape signature, a weight signature, a position signature, or other physical attribute or set of physical attributes of the non-electronic physical object. The physical attributes may be sensed by various sensors of the compute device and compared to previously sensed or determined physical attributes to authorize the user to the protected system.

  • Patent number: 10198600
Abstract: The present application is directed to transparent execution of secret content. A device may be capable of downloading content that may include at least one secret portion, wherein any secret portions of the content may be directed to a secure workplace in the device not accessible to device operating system components, applications, users, etc. The device may then present the content in a manner that allows secret portions of the content to be executed without direct access. For example, the device may download content, and a director module in the device may direct any secret portions of the downloaded content to a secure workspace. During execution of the content, any inputs required by the secret portions may be provided to the secure workspace, and any resulting outputs from the secret portions may then be used during content presentation.

  • Publication number: 20170301256
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products that inform the user as to how best to speak or otherwise interact with others in a particular social context. Sensors may be used to capture information about a user's surroundings in near real time. This information represents contextual inputs that may be used to identify the particular social context. Once the context is identified, one or more behavioral recommendations may be generated, particular to this context, and provided to the user. In an embodiment, a determination of behavioral recommendations may also be informed by the user's input of a persona which he wishes to express in this context.

Abstract: Apparatus and method to facilitate motion-related diagnosis or monitoring are disclosed herein. First sensor based data and second sensor based data associated with a user for a first and second time period may be received, from a first device. When the first and second sensor based data are determined to be associated with the first and second motion patterns, identifying the first and second sensor based data to be first and second motions by the user. In response to receiving, from a second device, a motion-related query associated with the user, searching among the first motion and the second motion to determine a query match. • Patent number: 9618749
Abstract: Technologies for mitigating a physiological condition include a wearable computing device coupled with a head-mounted display and sensor(s). The wearable computing device may receive sensor data indicative of a physical attribute of the user while displaying information on the head-mounted display. The wearable computing device analyzes the sensor data to detect a physiological condition of the user and, if detected, applies a mitigation strategy to mitigate the physiological condition. The detected physical condition may be a nausea condition or a seizure condition. To reduce potential risk to the user, the wearable computing device may buffer information to be displayed by the head-mounted display, analyze the display information based on risk factor rules to determine whether the display information presents a potential risk to the user, and reduce the display rate of the head-mounted display in response to the potential risk to the user. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Patent number: 9608965
Abstract: Network request anonymizing nodes (“NRANs”) may be described herein. The NRANs may act as anonymizing proxies by generating additional anonymizing network requests to help anonymize a network request sent by a requesting computing node. By generating the additional anonymizing network request, the NRANs may cause a relatively large number of similar network requests to be transmitted in an approximately contemporaneous fashion with the transmission of the network request. The NRANs may receive indication of network requests via a secure anonymization proxy tunnel, which may be established through transmission of an anonymizing proxy request from the requesting computing node to the NRANs. The secure anonymization proxy tunnel may be established between a secure enclave of the requesting computing node and secure enclaves of the NRANs. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
