    Abstract: A portable electrical stimulation device is disclosed. In one aspect, the device includes a pair of electrodes configured to be electrically coupled to a user and a wave generator configured to provide an electrical signal to the user via the pair of electrodes. The wave generator is further configured to generate the electrical signal at one of a plurality of levels. Each of the plurality of levels is defined by at least a frequency, a peak voltage, and a peak current. For each of the levels the frequency is in a range of about 50 Hz-about 500 Hz, the peak voltage is in a range of about 40 V-about 250 V, the peak current is in a range of about 25 mA-about 150 mA, and the frequency and the peak voltage have a generally inverse relationship.

    Abstract: An erosion, sediment and pollution control product comprises a geotextile which includes cellulose based threads treated to be hydrophobic and cellulose based filler within the tubular geotextile. The geotextile may be knitted and may include lyocell threads and wherein the lyocell threads are treated to be hydrophobic, and are treated with food grade mineral oil. A method of making a tubular knitted geotextile comprises the steps of: supplying cellulose based threads to a circular knitting machine and knitting a tubular substrate, treating the cellulose based threads with one of mineral oil, beeswax, paraffin, petroleum jelly, lanolin, plant-based oils, and combinations thereof, whereby the threads are rendered hydrophobic.

The dampers are of a second stiffness less than the first stiffness and are disposed on an inner side of the shell. The cassette portions are substantially fixed relative to the proximal portion and are substantially aligned with each other. The shells are fixed to each other. The dampers contact the proximal portion. A handpiece coupler for engaging either of the saw blade cartridge or a saw blade includes a release button with a lock button slidably disposed therein to resist unintended opening.
