  • Publication number: 20230218276
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to techniques for neuromodulation delivery. Based on image data acquired from the subject, control parameters controlling energy application of neuromodulating energy may be dynamically changed during the course of the delivery to maintain desired characteristics of the neuromodulating energy. For example, the beam of the neuromodulating energy may be dynamically adjusted to account for movement of an organ during breathing. In another embodiment, a desired region of interest is identified within the subject based on a trained neural network and the acquired image data.

  • Publication number: 20230212950
Abstract: A damper seal for a gas turbine engine includes a damper body extending in a first direction between a leading edge portion and a trailing edge portion, extending in a second direction between first and second sidewalls, and extending in a third direction between a convex outer damper face and a concave inner damper face. The inner damper face establishes a damper pocket. The leading and trailing edge portions slope inwardly from opposite ends of the damper body to bound the damper pocket in the first direction. The first and second sidewalls extend from the leading edge portion to the trailing edge portion and slope inwardly from opposite sides of the damper body to bound the damper pocket in the second direction. The outer damper face is pre-formed according to a first predetermined geometry that substantially corresponds to a second predetermined geometry of a platform undersurface bounding a neck pocket of an airfoil. A method of damping for a gas turbine engine is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230204553
Abstract: An equal mixture of gas flows from multiple inputs is provided to gas analysis instrumentation, despite the unequal gas flow properties of the inputs often seen in practice. E.g., due to unequal input sample line lengths. We provide gas flow symmetry into a gas manifold that provides the output(s) to the gas analysis instrument(s). Such symmetry has two parts—equal gas flow properties from a set of reference points (one reference point for each input) to the manifold, and equal pressures at the reference points. Such equal pressures can be provided for unequal input gas flow properties by having a bypass valve for each input controlled so as to equalize the pressures.

  • Publication number: 20230194859
Abstract: A method for configuring a digital light projector (DLP) of an augmented reality (AR) display device is described. A light source component of the DLP projector is configured to generate a single red-green-blue color sequence repetition per image frame. The AR display device identifies a color sequence of the light source component of the DLP projector and tracks a motion of the AR display device. The AR display device adjusts an operation of the DLP projector based on the single red-green-blue color sequence repetition, the color sequence of the light source component of the DLP projector, and the motion of the AR display device.
