    Abstract: A laser grooving operation is performed to form a plurality of grooves in a semiconductor die prior to attaching the semiconductor die to a semiconductor device package substrate. In addition to forming a first groove through which blade sawing is to be performed to separate the semiconductor die from other semiconductor dies, a second groove may be formed between the first groove and a seal ring of the semiconductor die. The second groove is configured to contain any potential delamination that might otherwise propagate to an active region of the semiconductor die. Accordingly, the second groove and the associated laser grooving operation described herein may reduce the likelihood of delamination that might otherwise be caused by swelling and/or expansion in a molding compound formed around the semiconductor die after the semiconductor die is attached to the semiconductor device package substrate.

    Abstract: Human skeletal muscle stem cells were generated from facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and healthy control iPSC using a transgene-free skeletal muscle differentiation protocol and production of stable iMyoblasts. Analyses revealed that FSHD and healthy control iMyoblasts are embryonic-like myogenic cells that undergo myotube differentiation ex vivo by growth factor depletion and are efficiently transplantable into the tibialis anterior (TA) muscles of NSG mice, where human muscle under-goes embryonic-to-adult myosin isoform switching. The DUX4 FSHD disease gene maintains its hypomethylated disease state inFSHD iPSC and iMyoblast, and its expression is upregulated during myotube differentiation and in muscle xenografts. Consequently, these iMyoblasts accurately exhibit the molecular pathology of human muscular dystrophies and are useful for the development of drug, gene editing and stem cell therapeutics.

In the method, feature extraction is respectively performed on past trajectories of multiple target objects through an encoder to generate first trajectory information of the target objects. The second trajectory information of each target object includes location relationships relative to other target objects. Third trajectory information is obtained from the past trajectories of the target objects. The third trajectory information includes a moving direction, scene information, and/or a moving mode. The predicted trajectories of the target objects are generated according to the second trajectory information and the third trajectory information through a decoder. Accordingly, the accuracy of prediction can be improved.
