    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for switching a secondary cell to a primary cell. A user equipment (UE) monitors a first radio condition of the UE for beams of a primary cell and a second radio condition for beams of one or more secondary cells configured for the UE in carrier aggregation. The UE transmits a request to configure a candidate beam of at least one candidate secondary cell as a new primary cell in response to the first radio condition not satisfying a first threshold and the second radio condition for the at least one candidate secondary cell satisfying a second threshold. A base station determines to reconfigure at least one secondary cell as the new primary cell. The base station and the UE perform a handover of the UE to the new primary cell.

    Abstract: A transistor, a memory and a method of forming the same are disclosed. The transistor includes a gate dielectric layer (200) having an upper portion (200b) and a lower portion (200a). The upper portion (200b) is multi-layer structure having an increased thickness without changing a thickness of the lower portion (200a). In this way, gate-induced drain current leakage of the transistor can be mitigated at uncompromised performance thereof. Additionally, the upper portion (200b) designed as multi-layer structure having an increased thickness can facilitate flexible adjustment in parameters of the upper portion (200b). The memory device includes dielectric material layers (DL), which are formed in respective word line trenches and each have an upper portion and a lower portion. In addition, in both trench isolation structures (STI) and active areas (AA), the upper portion of the dielectric material layers (DL) has a thickness greater than a thickness of the lower portion.

    Abstract: A battery structure of an electric motorcycle is provided. The battery includes a casing and a top lid and a bottom respectively mounted to a top and a bottom of the casing. The casing is provided therein with a battery core. The top lid and the bottom lid are each provided, in a circumferentially arranged manner, with a coupling flange on one side thereof facing a direction of combination with the casing. The coupling flange is provided with a fitting groove, which receives a sealing ring to embed therein. An outside surface of the sealing ring is in tight engagement with an inside surface of the casing, so as to prevent external water and dust from getting into an interior of the battery to improve performance and lifespan of the battery.

The method presets a signature pre-computation table including plural destination addresses and signatures corresponding to the destination addresses. With the installation of the signature pre-computation table, the destination addresses fall into packets of the signature pre-computation table without requiring computing the signature of the packet. The method simply obtains the corresponding signature according to the destination address of the packet destination address, and thus saves the time required for processing a packet and improves the throughput of the virtual switch.

    Abstract: A slot-loading optical drive structure is proposed. It includes a base with a gearing for driving a sliding body to move a sliding plate. The sliding plate has a positioning slot for guiding a push rod to push an optical disc into the optical drive. Thereby, a positioning rod can presses one side of the optical disc, the push rod can presses the back end of the optical disc, and a rod connection means can presses the front end of the optical disc. Hence the optical disc can be positioned at a fixed location to make the central hole of the optical disc correctly aligned to the center of the turntable of the traverse inside the optical drive. Thus, the optical disc can be settled on the turntable and the optical drive can rotate the optical disc for data access.
