  • Publication number: 20230406323
Abstract: A method of monitoring for circumvention of an ignition interlock system is described herein including detecting an electrical parameter associated with an electrical power state of a vehicle electrical system in a vehicle comprising an ignition interlock device that includes at least a relay device and a controller device electrically interconnected within the vehicle electrical system, measuring a rate of degradation associated with the electrical parameter of the vehicle electrical system, and comparing the electrical parameter to a threshold condition. The method further includes comparing the rate of degradation of the electrical parameter to a threshold rate. Depending on the rate of degradation, a violation state may be generated, a violation state may be reversed, a violation state may be maintained, a log entry may be generated, or more than one of these may occur.

  • Patent number: 11638792
Abstract: A medication inhalation apparatus preferably formed of a single, unitary sheet of stock, includes an outer housing, movable between collapsed and expanded states, encompassing a first volume. An inner housing within the outer housing encompasses an inner or second volume. An inhaler opening to the first volume is within a wall of the outer housing at a first location. A mouth opening to the inner volume is within a wall of the outer housing and the inner housing at a second location. A one-way inhalation valve connecting the first volume and the inner volume is within a wall of the inner housing. A one-way exhalation valve connecting the inner volume and the exterior of the outer housing is within a wall of the outer housing and inner housing at a third location. The valve preferably includes an elongated spring body formed of a semi-pliant material with a strength and rigidity providing limited flexibility.

  • Publication number: 20220295909
Abstract: Designing garments that include brassiere cups can be challenging due to the natural fluctuation of a woman's breast size, as well as a possible disconnect between the size of her breasts and the size of the rest of her body. The high range of size variability places pressure on stores to stock inventories that include great ranges of sizes. This places an inventory risk to the store, since rarer sizes may never sell. The disclosed garment addresses these issues by including a fit-adjustable brassiere portion. The cups of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion include fit-modifying panels that increase their flexibility and elasticity. The rear side of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion includes a back adjuster with highly elastic regions that enables the brassiere portion to fit a broader range of chest sizes. Each of these features give the garment a more universal fit and enable stores to carry fewer sizes.

  • Publication number: 20220263676
Abstract: Mechanisms are provided to determine interest information for a plurality of employees in a workplace environment. The interest information is determined by analyzing employee work product, employee communications, and personality profiles. The interest information is analyzed to place the employees into connection groups including game groups and chat groups. Games groups and chat groups are calendared and scheduled upon reviewing the work availability calendars of employees. Participation rates are tracked to determine connection levels to enhance connection groups. The participation rates may be further tracked to automatically adjust employee reviews.

  • Publication number: 20210177072
Abstract: Designing shapewear for special occasion garments with low cut necklines and back lines can be especially challenging. The challenge lies in constructing a garment that effectively shapes the wearer while simultaneously eliminating significant amounts of material from the chest and/or back region. Disclosed herein are shaping garments designed to be worn underneath garments with low cut back lines. The shaping garment includes a space in the back shaping region on its rear side, such that the shaping garment is not visible beneath an ultra low-back special occasion garment. A removable back adjuster can be used to bridge the space to provide additional shaping support when ultra low-back mode is not required by the special occasion garment.
