Abstract: A luggage frame assembly comprises a fabric frame and a plastic frame wherein plastic frame is a closed member except the open front side, mating fasteners are equally spaced apart around the inner surface of the peripheral edge of the open front side of plastic frame, a steel cable frame is formed around the peripheral edge of the open front side of fabric frame, a zipper is fastened around the peripheral edge of the open front side of fabric frame to secure to the steal cable frame, and opposite mating fasteners are equally spaced apart around the inner surface of the joining of the zipper and the steel cable frame. Mating fasteners cling to opposite mating fasteners to secure fabric frame and plastic frame at the peripheral edges of the front side of the luggage in assembly.

Abstract: A wheeled luggage comprises a body; a pair of wheels; a frame member; a backing plate; a retractable handle; and a bezel; wherein a plurality of first fasteners are employed to secure the backing plate to the bezel; a plurality of second fasteners are employed to secure the frame member to the backing plate; the body is secured to the frame member to form a complete structure; a first concave area is formed between the backing plate and the bezel; and a second concave area is formed between the first concave area and the concave portion of the backing plate for accommodating a users fingers. With this structure, the purposes of saving corrugated plastics and facilitating the user to grasp the handle are realized.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved handle for luggage in which the locking button of the retractable handle is disposed on the top of the handle. The top surface of the handle has an arch shape which slopes from one side to the other. The protrudent height of the button is flush with the higher side of the slope, so that the button will not be actuated unintentionally and the towing tubes will not be retracted unexpectedly when the handle is held while pulling or pushing the luggage.

Abstract: A luggage frame for supporting a substantially rectangular wheeled suitcase is disclosed. The luggage frame comprises a rectangular board, a U-shaped frame mounted above the board, a lower U-shaped panel attached under the board and an upper U-shaped panel attached above the U-shaped frame, an L-shaped brace mounted to the rear end of the board, the rear panel comprising a tube receiving means, an L-shaped head piece mounted to the upper end of the U-shaped frame, two elongated tubes vertically mounted between the L-shaped head piece and L-shaped brace, two wheel assemblies mounted under the rear end of the board, and a flat panel being mounted to the upper panels of the two wheel assemblies. Except for the L-shaped head piece, L-shaped brace and the two wheel assemblies which require hard tooling, all the other components can be made by using generic tools when required.
