The primary strap (20) may have an indicia (100) at one end (100) and a clip aperture (50) at the other end. A docking station (110) is removably attached on the Velcro strip (35). A secondary strap (70) is also removably attached to the Velcro strip (35). Cross straps (80) may connect the primary strap (20) to a bag strap (500).
