  • Publication number: 20210398005
Abstract: A method and system for improving analysis of social media and other usage data to determine user sentiments are disclosed. Social media posts are identified as relevant to determining user sentiments regarding a service provider. Posts are analyzed by machine learning algorithms to determine user general sentiments and specific sentiments. User interaction metrics indicating user interaction with service provider web site or application may also be analyzed. Sentiment and interaction determinations may be used with other data to predict likelihood of user attrition for services of the service provider. Sentiment determinations associated with social media posts may further be used to determine priority levels for the posts, including response urgency levels. Determined priority levels may then be used to implement appropriate actions in a timely manner based upon the post urgency.

  • Publication number: 20210293932
Abstract: The technology employs a contrasting color scheme on different surfaces for sensor housing assemblies mounted on exterior parts of a vehicle that is configured to operate in an autonomous driving mode. Lighter and darker colors may be chosen on different surfaces according to a thermal budget for a given sensor housing assembly, due to the different types of sensors arranged along particular surfaces, or to provide color contrast for different regions of the assembly. For instance, differing colors such as black/white or blue/white, and different finishes such as matte or glossy, may be selected to enhance certain attributes or to minimize issues associated with a sensor housing assembly.

  • Publication number: 20210265603
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to methods for forming an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device. Forming the OLED device comprises depositing a first barrier layer on a substrate having an OLED structure disposed thereon. A first sublayer of a buffer layer is then deposited on the first barrier layer. The first sublayer of the buffer layer is cured with a mixed gas plasma. Curing the first sublayer comprises generating water from the mixed gas plasma in a process chamber in which the curing occurs. The deposition of the first sublayer and the curing of the first sublayer is repeated one or more times to form a completed buffer layer. A second barrier layer is then deposited on the completed buffer layer.

  • Publication number: 20190109300
Abstract: Methods of forming a thin film encapsulation (TFE) structure over an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device are provided herein. In one embodiment, the method includes depositing a fluorinated plasma-polymerized hexmethyldisiloxane (PP-HMDSO:F) buffer layer over a patterned substrate. The (PP-HMDSO:F) buffer layer is formed using precursor gases comprising HMDSO, NF3, N2O, and N2. The method provides for superior planarization and reduced particulate contamination than processes where the precursor gas comprises SiF4.

  • Publication number: 20190097175
Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally related to a method for manufacturing an encapsulating structure for a display device, more particularly, for manufacturing a TFE structure including a light scattering layer. The TFE structure further includes one or more barrier layers. All layers of the TFE structure are formed in a PECVD apparatus. The light scattering layer is formed by a PECVD process, in which a silicon containing precursor and a nitrogen containing precursor are introduced into the PECVD apparatus. The flow rate of the silicon containing precursor is equal to or greater than the flow rate of the nitrogen containing precursor. The light scattering layer enhances light out-coupling from a light emitting device disposed under the TFE structure.

Abstract: Methods for forming an OLED device are described. An encapsulation structure having organic buffer layer sandwiched between barrier layers is deposited over an OLED structure. The buffer layer is formed with a fluorine-containing plasma. The second barrier layer is then deposited over the buffer layer. Additionally, to ensure good adhesion, a buffer adhesion layer is formed between the buffer layer and the first barrier layer. Finally, to ensure good transmittance, a stress reduction layer is deposited between the buffer layer and the second barrier layer.
