    Abstract: A front connecting rod for a sunroof linkage, a sunroof linkage, and a sunroof assembly. The sunroof linkage is configured to drive front glass of a sunroof assembly to slide relative to rear glass, and the front connecting rod is configured to connect a glass-supporting rod of the sunroof linkage to a front slider. The front connecting rod may have an anti-turn-over structure, configured to be matched in shape to a sealing strip disposed on a peripheral edge of the rear glass, so as to prevent the sealing strip from turning over when the sunroof linkage drives the front glass to slide. The front connecting rod for a present sunroof linkage enables a sunroof to open to the maximum extent, and during sliding will not cause the sealing strip of the rear glass to be turned over and folded.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle sunroof comprising an energized sunroof glass, and to a vehicle. The energized sunroof glass comprises a rear glass and a front glass (1) being slidable relative to the rear glass. The vehicle sunroof further comprises a movable wire harness (6). one end of the movable wire harness (6) is electrically connected to the front glass (1). and the other end of the movable wire harness (6) is electrically connected to a main wire harness of the vehicle sunroof. A hard guiding member (6d) is disposed inside the movable wire harness (6) and penetrates through at least part of the length of the movable wire harness (6) to guide the movable wire harness (6) to be rolled up or spread when the front glass (1) slides. The movable wire harness connection structure of the vehicle sunroof is small in size, and has fewer components but high integration. Further, the movable wire harness is not easy to get tangled and has a good self-guiding function during operation of the sunroof.

The trenches are filled by growing a layer of thermal oxide on the sidewalls of the trenches and deposition of plasma enhanced oxide or polysilicon into the trenches, and planarizing the top surface. n+ region of the device is formed by forming an oxide layer on the top surface of the device layer and etching the oxide, depositing n-type dopant material and driving in by high temperature diffusion. p+ region of the device is formed by etching the oxide, depositing p-type dopant material and driving in by high temperature diffusion so that the breakdown voltage is set for circuit protection.
