  • Patent number: 11221937
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for recommending a set of actions to be performed to improve a target performance metric of a client application. An action recommendation system receives the target performance metric from a user associated with the client application. The action recommendation system determines features of the client application describing characteristics and performance history of the client application. The features of the client application and the target performance metric is provided as input to a machine learning model that outputs sets of target features that are likely to result in improvement for the target performance metric. The action recommendation system ranks the sets of target features and selects one of the sets based on the ranking. The action recommendation system determines a set of recommended actions based on the selected set of target features and presents the set of recommended actions to the user.

  • Patent number: 10413991
Abstract: In some aspects, a consumable for plasma arc torch that generates a predetermined plenum pressure from a substantially constant preset gas supply pressure from a plasma arc torch power supply, where the substantially constant preset gas supply being used to support plasma generation for a selection of multiple consumable components that each generate a different plasma plenum pressure for carrying out different processes, can include a proximal portion shaped to connect to the plasma arc torch and define a plasma gas inlet region; a distal portion shaped to define a gas outlet; and a pressure-matching stage comprising a pressure wall defining at least one flow path between the gas inlet region and the gas outlet configured to establish sufficient fixed pressure drop of a flow of gas flowing through the pressure-matching stage to reduce a pressure of the flow of gas to the predetermined plenum pressure.

  • Patent number: 10245775
Abstract: Embodiments of the provided technology relate to methods, devices, and systems that drive a transfer of the digital profile of residual limb contours to a thermoplastic article such as a prosthetic socket strut. A method of reforming a thermoplastic article to assume a desired shape, such as a contour that replicates or is complementary to the contour of a body portion, may include heating a thermoplastic article to render the article malleable. The method may further include placing the thermoplastic article against a molding surface having a desired shape that replicates the portion of the body part. Next, the thermoplastic article may be pressed against the molding surface with a compliant molding press to reform at least a portion of the article into the desired shape. The reformed thermoplastic article may then be removed from the molding surface, the article retaining the desired shape after removal.

The sling may include one or more proximal suspension portions adapted to suspend from a proximal aspect of the frame and a tensioning system. The sling may include a first longitudinal side with one or more proximal suspension portions and an opposite longitudinal side that includes the residual limb interfacing or force application portion of the sling. When the tensioning system is tensioned, the sling is pulled toward the first longitudinal side of the prosthetic socket frame. A set of two positioning slings may be rigged in a transfemoral prosthetic socket frame; one sling applies force on a medial side of a hosted residual limb, and the other sling applies force on the lateral side.
