    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a decoding method and apparatus and an encoding method and apparatus for deriving an intra-prediction mode. An intra-prediction mode may be derived using a method for deriving an intra-prediction mode based on a neighbor block of the target block, a method for deriving an intra-prediction mode using signaling of the intra-prediction mode of the target block, or a method for deriving an adaptive intra-prediction mode based on the type of a target slice. An MPM list may be used to derive the intra-prediction mode, and a temporal neighbor block or the like may be used to configure the MPM list.

A current mirror circuit copies a first current, which is a sum of a reference current and the first compensation current, to generate a second current having a same value as a value of the first current and regulates the reference current depending on a difference value of the second current and the second compensation current. A trimming circuit generates a program current or a read current based on the regulated reference current.

    Abstract: Proposed is a battery pack. The battery pack includes a battery module in which an internal terminal is exposed at an opening part, and a flame blocking unit which is connected to the internal terminal via the opening part and which transmits electric power of the internal terminal to the outside, the flame blocking unit covering the opening part so that a flame generated inside the battery module is blocked from being emitted. The battery module may include a battery assembly including a plurality of battery cells, a busbar assembly including the internal terminal which is connected to the battery assembly and which transmits electric power, and a casing which accommodates the battery assembly and the busbar assembly therein and in which the opening part is formed. By this configuration, thermal runaway of the battery module may be blocked or delayed, so stability of the battery pack may be increased.
