  • Publication number: 20090082475
Abstract: A process for devulcanization of vulcanized rubber, comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a mixture comprising: between about 5% w/w and about 50% w/w of thermoplastic polymer, between about 49% w/w and about 94% w/w of waste vulcanized rubber, and between about 0.01% w/w and about 1.8% w/w of stabilizing agent; and (b) kneading and desulfurizing the mixture by means of a co-rotating twin screw extruder at an extrusion temperature of between 150° C. and 320° C. to obtain devulcanized rubber. The devulcanized rubber is water-cooled, ground and dried or is rolled into sheet. This process combines the devulcanization, milling process and filtrating rubber as one process, possesses a higher devulcanization efficiency, treatment capability and lower energy consumption. Through the present invention, a controllable devulcanization process and a higher performance of the reformed materials with reclaimed rubber are achieved.

  • Patent number: 7000119
Abstract: A method and apparatus are described for protecting critical computer software and/or data with a large amount of obscuring instructions and or data to the extent that observing and understanding the obscured instructions and/or data is not humanly feasible. In a preferred method of obscuring software, a bank of obscuring instructions is prepared, a large number of obscuring instructions are selected from the bank and injected in the software code to be protected and a static image of the obscured sequence of code is encrypted and/or compressed. At execution, the obscured instructions are executed one at a time to make run time tracing a labor intensive process.

  • Patent number: 6765228
Abstract: A new and improved bonding pad having separate areas for probe needle contact and wire bonding in semiconductor packaging technology. The bonding pad typically has a generally elongated, rectangular configuration with a wire bonding area at one end and a probe needle contact area at the other end of the pad. At least one notch mark may be provided on or adjacent to the bonding pad between the wire bonding area and the probe needle contact area for demarcating these areas during chip production.

  • Patent number: 5991402
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system that enables software-on-demand and software subscription services based on a dynamic transformation filter technology. The invention is also useful in the distribution of other electronic material. The apparatus utilized in this invention does not create any intermediate storage of decrypted material that is under the protection of this technology. Instead, the apparatus is implemented as a virtually integral part of the operating system that monitors and "filters" all read, write, and open/execute access to and from the I/O devices, such as a hard drive. As the protected material is being accessed for read, write or open/execute, the transformation filter positions itself in the critical path which is required for loading the material through the low level file system layer to the high level application layer. The material enters the transformation filter in its encrypted state.

  • Patent number: 5795507
Abstract: Spherical porous polymer pigment beads of melamine formaldehyde resin with uniform diameter were prepared by a water-in-oil emulsion polymerization of colored methylolmelamine aqueous solution. The dyes combined with methylolmelamine to give an excellent hue stability. The pigmented melamine formaldehyde beads (PMFB) with mean size of 3-6 micron as an organic pigment showed excellent weather and heat stability, chemical resistant properties and disperability in an application medium.
