A subset of the light-emitting components may be rotated to improve color balance. Optical structures such as light guides, lens, microlenses, and/or a diffuser layer may be disposed over the light-emitting components to promote light mixing, to reduce hotspots, and to improve contrast on the top cap. The diffuser layer may be suspended using a support structure having baffle members to constraint the angular spread of the emitted light. Illuminated or persistently visible glyphs may be displayed in or near the top cap portion.

    Abstract: The disclosure proposes a format-preserving encryption method based on a stream cipher. In this method, the first three digits of an area code are encrypted by segmenting a phone number, creating mapping rules, and establishing an area code permutation table for the first three digits of the area code, thereby ensuring a legality of an encryption result; an accuracy of encryption and decryption is ensured by performing an XOR operation on a key stream generated from the ZUC algorithm (i.e., Zu Chongzhi's algorithm) and the last seven or eight digits of the phone number, combining a modulo operation to achieve conformal encryption, and introducing a Lagrange interpolation formula. This method securely and effectively realizes a consistency and legitimacy of data formats before and after encryption, and well hides statistical characteristics of plaintext, so that data is protected during a transmission process without changing the formats.

The decoder is mainly composed of multiple n-dimensional registers, a w calculator, n code element calculators, and a code element buffer. In the disclosure, in a case where a receiver only correctly detects two code elements in a transmitted codeword with a length of n, the codeword can be correctly decoded by using the received information of the two code elements.
