When the carrier is inserted into a cabinet, the spring pushes the sliding bracket to a connector of the cabinet to connect the hard drive to the connector. A cabinet comprises a chassis, a shelf, and a plurality of the carriers. The chassis is used for accommodating a circuit board with connectors. The shelf is placed in the chassis. Each connector is used for connecting the hard drive held in each carrier. A server with the carrier is also disclosed.
