    Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to an image sensor integrated chip. The image sensor integrated chip includes a floating diffusion node disposed within a substrate. A plurality of photodetectors are disposed around the floating diffusion node, as viewed in a plan-view, and a plurality of transfer transistor gates are disposed between the floating diffusion node and the plurality of photodetectors, as viewed in the plan-view. One or more transistor gates are disposed on the substrate. A device isolation structure extends in a closed loop around the one or more transistor gates. The device isolation structure is laterally offset from the floating diffusion node.

With the developed portable flow cytometer, analysis may be performed on two sickle cell samples and a healthy cell sample. The acquired results may subsequently be analyzed to extract single-cell level impedance information as well as statistics of different cell conditions. Significant differences in cell impedance signals may be observed between sickle cells and normal cells, as well as between sickle cells under hypoxia and normoxia conditions.

    Abstract: A temperature measurement method based on a passive RFID tag. The method comprises: acquiring a circuit temperature feature of a tag multiple times, and establishing a tag temperature-feature correspondence; and estimating, by using the tag temperature-feature correspondence and the current circuit temperature feature of the tag, the temperature of an environment where the tag is located, wherein the circuit temperature feature of the tag is the persistence time within which a passive RFID tag can operate normally during a discharging process after the tag is fully charged. By means of the method, a robust and accurate temperature measurement is achieved, and a tag can be directly deployed on an existing commercial RFID device without modifying the hardware of the tag and a reader.

A display cover layer may overlap the display panel. The flexible substrate may have a protruding portion that forms a tail. The tail may be coupled to a printed circuit on which a display driver integrated circuit and/or other circuitry is mounted. When the display is mounted in the housing, the tail may be bent back on itself to create a bend. The bend may be embedded in a molded polymer member. The molded polymer member may be attached to the housing with adhesive and may directly contact an inner surface of the display cover layer.

    Abstract: Provided is a recovery method for valuable metals in copper anode slime. By using the recovery method of the disclosure, selenium, copper, tellurium, arsenic, lead, bismuth, and precious metals gold and silver in the copper anode slime are recovered. The method adopts two-step vacuum carbothermal reduction to replace reduction smelting of anode slime and stepwise blowing of noble lead in the traditional pyrometallurgy, and avoids the emission of arsenic-containing soot in the traditional process. The recovered gold-rich residue contains almost no base metals such as lead, bismuth, antimony, and arsenic. After subjecting the gold-rich residue to leaching gold by chlorination and reduction, a gold powder could be obtained therefrom with a lower content of base metals than traditional processes. Therefore, the method greatly reduces the amount of produced slag, shortens the production cycle, and reduces the loss of precious metals in the slag.

    Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards citizens' broadband radio service (CBRS) channel selection for cellular communication networks in a manner that reduces the risk of CBRS channel revocation due to incumbent activity within a dynamic protection area. A data store can be maintained that includes dynamic protection area location information as well as historic incumbent CBRS channel use information. When selecting a CBRS channel for a radio access network (RAN) node, the position of the RAN node can be considered to determine if the RAN node is in or near a dynamic protection area. If so, the data store can be consulted to avoid selecting CBRS channels that have historically been subject to revocation in the dynamic protection area.

A selection policy can be applied to select CBRS channels for radio access network (RAN) nodes.     Abstract: A system for mitigating over-suppression of speech and other non-noise signals is disclosed. In some embodiments, a system is programmed to train a first machine learning model for speech detection or enhancement using a non-linear, asymmetric loss function that penalizes speech over-suppression more than speech under-suppression. The first machine learning model is configured to receive an audio signal and generate a mask indicating an amount of speech present in the audio signal. The mask can be adjusted to remedy sharp voice decay resulting from speech over-suppression. The system is also programmed to train a second machine learning model for laughter or applause detection. The system is further programmed to improve the quality of a new audio signal by applying an adjusted mask to the new audio signal except for the portions of the audio signal that have been identified as corresponding to laughter or applause.

The winches are configured with a one-way clutch, which allows the shaft to rotate in a first direction but not a second. The converter has the same structure on the aft side, including an aft paddle. The forward and aft paddles are positioned vertically or inclined.
