    Abstract: A wireless transistor outline (TO) package structure includes a carrying module, a chip and a lead frame both mounted on the carrying module, a sheet-like bonding module mounted on the chip and the lead frame in a flip chip manner, and an encapsulant that covers the above components therein. A connection pad of the chip and a connection segment of the lead frame are coplanar with each other. The sheet-like bonding module includes a ceramic substrate and a plurality of circuit layers that are stacked and formed on the ceramic substrate in a direct plated copper (DPC) manner. Areas of the circuit layers gradually decrease in a direction away from the ceramic substrate, and thicknesses of the circuit layers gradually increase in the same direction. The circuit layer arranged away from the ceramic substrate connects the connection pad and the connection segment for establishing an electrical connection therebetween.

    Abstract: A pre-mold direct bond copper substrate includes a ceramic board, a copper layer eutectic-bonded onto a surface of the ceramic board, and a pre-encapsulation layer formed on the ceramic board. A part of the surface of the ceramic board not in contact with the copper layer is defined as a layout region. The pre-encapsulation layer is formed on the layout region and covers the copper layer, so that at least part of an outer surface of the copper layer is exposed from the pre-encapsulation layer. A coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the pre-encapsulation layer is between a CTE of the ceramic board and a CTE of the copper layer. A top side of the pre-encapsulation layer is not lower than the outer surface of the copper layer, and a surrounding lateral side of the pre-encapsulation layer is flush with a surrounding lateral surface of the ceramic board.

    Abstract: A water-based adhesive applied to wood and bamboo includes a main agent composed of water-soluble polymer, synthetic rubber latex and natural latex and a curing agent selected from isocyanate or quaternary ammonium salt polymer. Wherein, the weight ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is between 200:1 and 1:1; the water-soluble polymer is polyvinyl alcohol and is about 2-30 weight percent of the total solids of the main agent; the synthetic rubber latex is about 2-60 weight percent of the total solids of the main agent; and the natural latex is about 5-90 weight percent of the total solids of the main agent. The present invention provides a formaldehyde-free adhesive and introduces natural and renewable raw materials to reduce dependence on petrochemical products and improve the sustainability of related industries.

A descrambling circuit descrambles received data according to an antenna assumption and N data position assumptions within a transmission period to generate N groups of soft-bit data. A soft-bit processing circuit retrieves bit position data to determine non-variable bit positions and variable bit positions. N circular buffers of a storage circuit store and superimpose the N groups of soft-bit data corresponding to N data position assumptions in a circular manner to generate N groups of superimposed results and keep the data corresponding to the non-variable bit positions. A post-processing circuit performs de-interleaving and decoding on the N groups of superimposed results to generate N groups of decoded results to perform redundancy check thereon. When one decoded results passes the redundancy check, the soft-bit processing circuit stops performing the blind deconvolution process.

Redaction of the electronic paperwork then takes place based on the caller's knowledge of the incident.
