The method may also include determining, by the terminal device, a target driving parameter of the motor vehicle based on the vehicle external-environment data and the initial positioning precision. Furthermore, the method may include controlling, by the terminal device, the motor vehicle to drive based on the target driving parameter. In the embodiments of this application, the terminal device determines the target driving parameter of the motor vehicle based on the vehicle external-environment data and the initial positioning precision. In this way, the target driving parameter varies with the vehicle external-environment data, and further matches an external environment, thereby improving self-driving safety of the motor vehicle.

    Abstract: A mechanism of video coding is provided. The mechanism includes generating a reconstructed image from an encoded video stream. The reconstructed image is filtered to create a filtered image. The filtering includes applying a noise suppression filter to the reconstructed image. The noise suppression filter may be applied immediately prior to applying a deblocking filter to the reconstructed image, between a deblocking filter and a sample adaptive offset (SAO) filter, between the SAO filter and an adaptive loop filter, or after the adaptive loop filter. The filtered image is then stored in a picture buffer in memory for use in encoding or for output to a display in decoding.

The noise suppression filter parameters include a noise estimation parameter that is a function of patch frequency. The noise suppression filter parameters are then employed to apply a noise suppression filter to the reconstructed video frame.

The mechanism includes determining a motion vector predictor (MVP), a horizontal motion vector difference component (MVDx), and a vertical motion vector difference component (MVDy) associated with a motion vector (MV).
