    Abstract: The present invention describes a water surface maintenance and cleaning system which comprises a home base station and a plurality of cleaning robot. The home station is either fixed on the water bank or floating on the water surface as an island. The home station serves as a charging station and trash collection station. The home base station is covered with solar PV panels and the PV panels convert the sunlight into electricity and then store the electricity into the batteries. The self-driving cleaning robot boat, which floats on water surface and drives around and sweeps the water surface. While sweeping across the water surface, the robot boat which is equipped with motor, rotors, pumps, nets, containers, etc. can intake water and filter out trashes and any other environmental unfriendly substances such as plastic bottles, cans, leaves, algae, plants, bio-films, and oil/grease.

The credit management circuit points each of public entries of a public link list to one of descriptors in a single descriptor buffer. The credit management circuit further receives a credit requesting command from the packet queues to assign the descriptors to the packet queues through the public entries under the condition that the descriptor credit is within a credit range such that a DMA circuit performs a DMA operation on the packets according to the descriptors.

The n concentric layers are assembled into a multilayer cylinder and are characterized in that the dielectric constants of the n concentric layers gradually decrease from layer 1 to layer n and vary specifically between 2.05 to 1.05. The n concentric layers are made of a base material of low dielectric constant added with a material of high dielectric constant and low specific gravity. The lens so manufactured has a total apparent density of 0.08-0.095 g/cm3.

    Abstract: Utilizing two LTR frames for improved error recovery. By using two LTR frames, much better performance is achieved in terms of error recovery as the likelihood of the decoder having one of the two LTR frames is very high. When the decoder determines a frame is lost, the decoder provides a fast update request (FUR). The FUR includes a listing of the LTR frames present at the decoder. With this indication of the LTR frames present at the decoder, the encoder utilizes one of the LTR frames, preferably the most recent, to use as a reference to send the next frame as a P frame. The P frame is sent with an indication of the LTR frame used as reference. The use of two LTR frames and the feedback of LTR frames present at the decoder allows the minimization of the use of I frames for error recovery.
