    Abstract: A transparent electrode layer includes plural touch units. Each of the touch units includes a sensing part and a wiring part. The sensing part has at least one dummy slit. The wiring part is electrically connected to the sensing part, and includes at least one conductor line and at least one slit. The at least one conductor line and the at least one slit are alternately formed in the wiring part. A density ratio, in a range between 0.5 and 2, is determined by a sensing part density parameter and a wiring part density parameter.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel includes a plurality of pixel units, a first alignment layer and a second alignment layer. The pixel units are configured in a matrix formed by columns and rows, and each pixel unit is divided into a plurality of domains. The alignment direction of the first alignment layer is parallel to the column direction, while the alignment direction of the second alignment layer is parallel to the row direction. The domains of the pixel units have different tilt directions for liquid crystal molecules defined by the first and second alignment layers. In two adjacent pixel units arranged in the row direction, the domains adjacent to a boundary between the two adjacent pixel units have the same tilt direction for liquid crystal molecules defined by the first and second alignment layers.

A time difference between the main scan signal and adjacent the sub scan signal is a delay time value. The main scan signal controls the first pixel to be written with a first polarity data and the second pixel to be written with a second polarity data. This may help induce a multi-domain electric field without having to precisely position a common electrode of a color filter substrate and the TFT array substrate. This may prevent position errors, enhance display quality, produce a wider viewing angle, and lower color shift sometimes associated with conventional liquid crystal display devices and methods.
