When a slurry suction die is moved up and down and/or turned over, the slurry suction die can be ascended to a designated position through the righting provided by the righting gear and the righting rack to achieve a precise closing when the slurry suction film is carried, ascended and closed with an extrusion die or descended and closed with a moving mold. Meanwhile, the extrusion die is controlled by a power cylinder to perform a descending stroke and close the mold with the slurry suction die.

    Abstract: A charge pump circuit used for a charge pump phase-locked loop that includes a charging and discharging unit, two complementary circuit units, two operational amplifier units, an inverter unit, and a current mirror unit. The charge pump circuit resolves the matching problem of charging and discharging currents and the charge sharing problem in existing charge pump circuits. Both complementary circuit units positively and reversely compensate the charging and discharging unit to keep the charging and discharging currents of capacitors constant. Thus, the problem of the change of charging and discharging currents is resolved, the voltage linear variation of the charge pump capacitors is achieved, and the charging and discharging of the capacitors can be accurately controlled. The charge pump circuit is simple in structure, easy to integrate, high in the matching precision of the charging and discharging current sources, and suitable for low voltage and low power consumption applications.

The n-type and p-type semiconductor regions are also totally called “a reduced surface field (RESURF) layer in body”, and the LDMOS device with a RESURF layer in body effectively solves conflict between raising reverse withstand voltage and reducing forward on-resistance of the current LDMOS devices.

    Abstract: A universal alternating current (AC) inverter system with galvanic isolation takes an unregulated direct current (DC) input and provides a high-quality AC output that may be used in conjunction with both linear and non-linear loads. The universal AC inverter system includes a DC-DC converter for converting an unregulated DC input to a regulated DC output, and a DC-AC inverter for converting the regulated DC output to a high-quality AC output. The DC-DC converter includes a DC link isolation high frequency transformer that provides galvanic isolation between the unregulated DC input and the AC output. To avoid saturation of the transformer, the controller for the DC-DC converter employs a DC offset correction loop that prevents accumulation of DC content on the primary side of the transformer. The universal AC inverter system includes a 4-phase inverter topology that converts the regulated DC voltage provided by the DC-DC converter to an AC output.
