    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for concurrent resource sharing amongst concurrent sessions over a network. Examples include receiving, from a first requesting device for a first session of a shared resource plan, a request for a first resource request amount and reserving a first reserved resource amount from a resource quota of the shared resource plan based on the first resource amount A termination message is received, from a second requesting device, for terminating a second session. The termination message includes a resource usage amount to be committed from the resource quota. Based on determination that the resource quota is exhausted based on at least the first reserved resource amount, at least a portion of the first reserved resource amount is allocated to the resource usage amount, and the shared resource plan is updated to reflect the allocation. Said allocating and said updating provides for exhausting the resource quota.

The second identifier is written into boot device items of the BIOS configuration page for fixing the target hard disk as a boot disk of the HBA card. The HBA card fails to identify other hard disk as the boot disk under any conditions. Drive letters of the HBA card and the rule of distributing the drive letters are unchanged, and a stability of a system is maintained. An apparatus and a computer readable storage medium applying the method are also disclosed.

In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes determining, for an input sequence, an output sequence. The output sequence corresponds to an output of a convolutional modulation between a set of coefficients and an intermediate sequence. The intermediate sequence is generated by inserting N zero coefficients between coefficients of the input sequence. The number of non-zero coefficients in the set of coefficients is based on N, N being a positive integer. Values of the non-zero coefficients correspond to values between 0 to ?/2 to reduce a peak to average power ratio of the output sequence. The method also includes generating a waveform using the output sequence.
