    Abstract: Aspects of the subject matter described in this specification are embodied in systems and methods that utilize machine-learning techniques to evaluate clinical trial data using one or more learning models trained to identify anomalies representing adverse events associated with a clinical trial investigation. In some implementations, investigation data collected at a clinical trial site is obtained. A set of models corresponding to the clinical trial site is selected. Each model included in the set of models is trained to identify, based on historical investigation data collected at the clinical trial site, a distinct set of one or more indicators that indicate a compliance risk associated with the investigation data. A score for the clinical trial site is determined based on the investigation data relative to the historical investigation data. The score represents a likelihood that the investigation data is associated with at least one indicator representing the compliance risk.

The input stage includes two mutually loaded differential amplifiers and a common mode negative feedback loop. The differential amplifiers are connected to a differential clock signal for amplification to generate a common mode voltage. The common mode feedback circuit is connected to an output end of the differential amplifiers to stabilize the output amplitude of the common mode voltage. The double-ended to single-ended conversion stage converts a differential sine clock signal output by the double-ended common mode voltage into a single-ended square wave clock signal. The driver output stage includes a multi-stage cascaded push-pull phase inverter to improve the drive capability of the square wave clock signal.

The method includes: obtaining, by a sending device, a data packet in a target data flow; and sending the data packet through each of at least two physical links between the sending device and a receiving device, where the data packet sent through each of the at least two physical links includes a same sequence number. Because the data packet in the target data flow is sent through different physical links, not through only one physical link, when a transmission latency of the data packet is increased due to a bandwidth instability factor such as burst traffic or electromagnetic wave interference on any physical link, the receiving device can combine, into a target video flow, data packets that are sent through other physical links and that have a lower latency.
