    Abstract: The application relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a limited self-replicating mRNA molecular system, producing method and use. The limited self-replicating mRNA molecular system including: a first mRNA encoding a mutated alphavirus replicase; and at least one second mRNA encoding a target protein; by generating specific mutation adjustments in the nsP2 subunit of mutated replicase, this limited self-replicating mRNA molecular system can achieve limited self-replication and avoid cytotoxicity; by constructing different mRNA with mutated alphavirus replicase and different target proteins, the mutated alphavirus replicase encoded by the first mRNA can simultaneously replicate multiple different target proteins, achieving sustained expression of multiple target proteins.

The multiplexing structure includes a radiating touch pad, a first conductor, a first circuit, a second circuit, and a frequency dividing circuit. The radiating touch pad is configured to receive and transmit an RF signal and receive a touch signal. The first conductor is electrically connected to the radiating touch pad. The first circuit is electrically connected to the radiating touch pad through the first conductor. The frequency dividing circuit is electrically connected to the second circuit and the first conductor, and is located between the second circuit and the first conductor. The multiplexing structure can separate the touch signal and the RF signal, and can solve the problem of mutual signal interference in the wireless wearable device caused by space limitation.

The multiply/accumulate elements perform matrix multiplication and accumulation on different combinations of subsets of the first portions of the first and second matrices in the plurality of iterations prior to fetching second portions of the first and second matrices into the plurality of registers for a second round. The accumulated results of multiplying the first portions of the first and second matrices are written into an output buffer in response to completing the plurality of iterations.

The batch sintering method includes: (1) silicon nitride ceramic substrate green bodies are stacked and put into a boron nitride crucible, and a layer of boron nitride powder is applied between adjacent silicon nitride ceramic substrate green bodies; (2) after step-by-step vacuumization, debinding is performed in a nitrogen atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere at 500° C. to 900° C.; (3) gas pressure sintering is then performed in a nitrogen atmosphere at 1800° C. to 2000° C., completing the batch preparation of the high-property silicon nitride ceramic substrate.
