    Abstract: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein the biodegradable polyester composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: i) 58 to 80 parts by weight of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20 to 32 parts by weight of starch; and iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a processing agent. The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5° C. to 16° C.

Firstly, recombinant B. subtilis capable of heterologously secreting and expressing a diacetylchitobiose deacetylase gene is constructed, and a signal peptide fragment yncM is added into the recombinant vector for the first time. The signal peptide can secrete the target protein diacetylchitobiose deacetylase outside the cells of the recombinant B. subtilis, and a mutant of the 5?-end untranslated region is acquired, thereby significantly increasing the expression level of the target protein, and greatly simplifying the subsequent enzyme separation and purification steps. When the acquired diacetylchitobiose deacetylase is fermented and cultured in a fermentation medium for 50-60 h, the enzyme activity reaches a maximum of 1,548.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for using a neural network to estimate scatter in X-ray projection images and then correct for the X-ray scatter. For example, the neural network is a three-dimensional convolutional neural network 3D-CNN to which are applied projection images, at a given view, for respective energy bins and/or material components. The projection images can be obtained by material decomposing spectral projection data, or by segmenting a reconstructed CT image into material-component images, which are then forward projected to generate energy-resolved material-component projections. The result generated by the 3D-CNN is an estimated scatter flux. To train the 3D-CNN, the target scatter flux in the training data can be simulated using a radiative transfer equation method.

The DL network is trained to use physical-model information in addition to the analytical reconstructed images to generate the improved images. The physical-model information can be generated, e.g., by estimating a gradient of the objective function (or just the data-fidelity term) of a model-based iterative reconstruction (MBIR) method (e.g., by performing one or more iterations of the MBIR method). The MBIR method can incorporate physical models for X-ray scatter, detector resolution/noise/non-linearities, beam-hardening, attenuation, and/or the system geometry. The DL network can be trained using input data comprising images reconstructed using the analytical reconstruction method and target data comprising images reconstructed using the MBIR method.

    Abstract: To promote anaerobic digestion and delay calcification, one or more signal molecules are used to regulate the microenvironment of anaerobic granular sludge. In the process of anaerobic granular sludge treatment of papermaking wastewater, AHLs (N-acyl Hyperserine Lactones) are added to papermaking wastewater before the papermaking wastewater enters the anaerobic reactor. This may occur when the proportion of microorganism in anaerobic granular sludge VSS/TSS is less than 0.6. Further, the addition of the one or more signal molecules changes the community structure of the bacteria and methanogens, promoting anaerobic digestion and delay calcification. Additionally, the microenvironment of granular sludge is regulated by adding one or more micro-signal molecules to improve the number of bacteria susceptible to calcification, improve the anaerobic digestion rate of sludge that has not been calcified, and delay the calcification rate.
