The method also includes generating a phylogenic tree depicting clonal evolution of cells in the tumor of the patient. The method further includes determining at least one feature of the phylogenic tree including at least one value quantifying rates of mutation and/or at least one value representing at least one aspect of a structure of the phylogenic tree. The method further includes training a machine learning model to be configured to generate a projection for the patient comprising a clinical outcome or disease progression.

    Abstract: A detection method of key road-sections based on Ricci flow is provided and includes: building a weighted road network according to static road network data and actual traffic flow data; calculating initial values of Olivier Ricci curvature at different times; obtaining a weight system of making edges of the weighted road network be with a same value of Olivier Ricci curvature by a Ricci flow iterative process; and calculating direction and degree of weight change of each of the edges corresponding to road-sections, and setting a threshold to extract key road-sections. The method solves problems that the existing methods analyze the key road-sections from the topological structure of the road network without fully considering the actual distribution and transmission characteristics of the traffic flow in the network, is simple and easy; and the detection result more meet the traffic distribution and the flow of the actual road-sections.

The first limiting platform and the second limiting platform are disposed opposite to each other along an axial direction of the input shaft. The elastic component is fastened between the first limiting platform and the second limiting platform. The elastic component allows the motor to move axially in an operation process. Compared with a manner in which inner and outer rings of a bearing of a fixed motor are completely fastened, this reduces an assembly requirement of the motor.

If there are adjacent dihedral angles, judge whether the adjacent dihedral angles are coupled by QM calculations. If they are judged not to be coupled, then perform one-dimensional potential energy scanning. If judged to be coupled, then perform MM coupling judgment. If the MM calculations determine that the adjacent dihedral angles are not coupled, a one-dimensional potential energy surface scan is performed. If the MM calculation judges that the adjacent dihedral angles are coupled, calculate the coverage of the extreme points on the two-dimensional potential energy surface by the combination of extreme points obtained by scanning the individual one-dimensional potential energy surfaces of the two dihedral angles according to the MM scanning result. If the coverage is good, then perform one-dimensional potential energy surface scanning.
