    Abstract: In general, the disclosure is directed to bulk iron-nitride materials having a polycrystalline microstructure having pores including a plurality of crystallographic grains surrounded by grain boundaries, where at least one crystallographic grain includes an iron-nitride phase including any of a body centered cubic (bcc) structure, a body centered tetragonal (bct), and a martensite structure. The disclosure further describes techniques producing a bulk iron-nitride material having a polycrystalline microstructure, including: melting an iron source to obtain a molten iron source; fast belt casting the molten iron source to obtain a cast iron source; cooling and shaping the cast iron source to obtain a bulk iron-containing material having a body-centered cubic (bcc) structure; annealing the bulk iron-containing material at an austenite transformation temperature and subsequently cooling the bulk iron-containing material; and nitriding the bulk iron-containing material to obtain the bulk iron-nitride material.

    Abstract: A computing terminal for parameter identification is provided. The computing terminal includes an FPGA which includes a solid-phase calculating module, a liquid-phase calculating module, and an electrolytic coupling calculating module. At least some of the solid-phase calculating module, the liquid-phase calculating module, and the electrolytic coupling calculating module operate in parallel. Each of the calculating modules is configured to solve a corresponding differential equation to determine a corresponding electrochemical parameter of an electrochemical model. With the computing terminal for parameter identification, the FPGA has a low cost and parallel calculations are achieved at a hardware level, thereby speeding up processing, and improving processing efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semi-physical simulation test bench and test method for a multi-machine parallel operation device of gas turbines. The gas turbines are all connected with gearbox shafts through SSS clutches, torque meters and couplers, and then a hydraulic dynamometer, an electric turbine dynamometer and a generator are independently or jointly driven through couplers and torque meters so as to charge a storage battery. Multi-shaft gearboxes comprise parallel operation gearboxes, and are connected with a bridging gearbox through couplers, electromagnetic clutches, supports, torque meters and couplers. The gas turbines can drive an electric dynamometer and the electric turbine dynamometer independently or cooperatively, so that the system has good operation characteristics under different working conditions. Meanwhile, the storage battery is additionally arranged, the flexibility of the test bench is improved, and the energy utilization rate is increased.

The electromagnetic imaging device includes a two-dimensional multi-input multi-output array panel, including at least one two-dimensional multi-input multi-output sub-array and a control circuit. Each two-dimensional multi-input multi-output sub-array includes transmitting antennas and receiving antennas, with the transmitting antennas and the transmitting antennas being arranged such that equivalent phase centers are arranged in a two-dimensional array. The electromagnetic imaging device further includes a signal processing device configured to reconstruct an image of an inspected object based on an echo signal received and a display device configured to display the reconstructed image of the inspected object.

The method includes: collecting interaction behavior data of a network entity; preprocessing the interaction behavior data of the network entity based on a heterogeneous graph to obtain input data; and inputting the input data into a complex multi-step attack detection module to obtain an attack detection result. Information is extracted from the interaction behavior data to construct a node and an edge of the heterogeneous graph. Timestamp information of a destination node and an adjacent source node of the destination node is input into a Time2Vec layer to obtain a first time embedding representation. Data that fuses node feature information and the first time embedding representation is input into a Heteformer layer, and a second node embedding representation is obtained as input data and input into the complex multi-step attack detection module.

Multiple blasting roadways are set along the main roadway level to form hot mine blasting fracture reservoir with loose blasting by caving method. A movable sealing device is arranged above the blasting layer of the large-diameter shaft.

The adaptive 3D sensing system computes an attention mask based on the one or more depth estimate confidence values and commands the one or more projectors to send a distributed laser beam into one or more areas of the real-world scene based on the attention mask. The adaptive 3D sensing system captures 3D sensing image data of the one or more areas of the real-world scene and generates 3D sensing data for the real-world scene based on the 3D sensing image data.

    Abstract: An ASIC chip for performing active battery equalization is provided. The ASIC chip for performing active battery equalization includes: a power conversion module, an equalization switch matrix circuit module comprising a power MOS transistor, a switch control module, a temperature protection module, and a communication interface module. By connecting and controlling the above modules, the equalization switch matrix circuit module performs equalization on a battery in the battery pack.
