Abstract: A magnetic sensing device including a substrate having a supporting surface on which a first sensing area, a third sensing area, and a second sensing area are consecutively arranged in a direction of movement. The first, the second, and the third sensing areas are provided with a first midline, a second midline, and a third midline in the direction of movement, respectively. The first and second midlines are symmetrical with respect to the third midline. The first and second sensing areas are jointly configured to output a first output signal. The third sensing area is configured to output a second output signal. A phase difference between the first and second output signals is 90 degrees, and the first and second output signals are jointly configured to determine the distance or the speed or the angle of movement and the direction of movement of the relative motion.

Abstract: A memory unit with time domain edge delay accumulation for computing-in-memory applications is controlled by a first word line and a second word line. The memory unit includes at least one memory cell, at least one edge-delay cell multiplexor and at least one edge-delay cell. The at least one edge-delay cell includes a weight reader and a driver. The weight reader is configured to receive a weight and a multi-bit analog input voltage and generate a multi-bit voltage according to the weight and the multi-bit analog input voltage. The driver is connected to the weight reader and configured to receive an edge-input signal. The driver is configured to generate an edge-output signal having a delay time according to the edge-input signal and the multi-bit voltage. The delay time of the edge-output signal is positively correlated with the multi-bit analog input voltage multiplied by the weight.

Abstract: A skin layer of a superconducting tape has a woven mesh structure and is disposed on a surface of a superconducting tape. The skin layer of a superconducting tape solves the problem where a vapor layer generated when a superconductor is in a normal resistive state greatly reduces the efficiency of a heat exchange between the superconductor and liquid nitrogen. Further provided are the superconducting tape and a superconducting coil.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modular system having a first connection structure, a fan unit, and a circuit board unit. The circuit board unit includes a control and communication circuit board respectively electrically connected to a power module circuit board and a driver module circuit board. The driver module circuit board is electrically connected to a fan unit load of the fan unit. The power module circuit board, the control and communication circuit board, and the driver module circuit board are respectively mounted in a first protection shell of the first connection structure or in a fan protection shell of the fan unit. The modular system allows implementations of different circuit board structures for a ceiling fan with or without a pendant light. The modular system allows a control circuit board to more conveniently fit into the ceiling fan with or without the pendant light.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for rapidly preparing biodiesel at low temperatures, belonging to the technical field of chemical energy. The method includes the following steps: adding alkali catalyst, alcohol and organic solvent into grease, and obtaining the biodiesel through transesterification. The transesterification is carried out with the addition of organic solvent, including petroleum ether or n-hexane to improve the compatibility between the two phases of alcohol and grease, increase contact area between the two phases of alcohol and grease, reduce mass transfer resistance between the two phases of alcohol and grease, and promote the grease molecules to enter the methanol solution and dissolving of oil in the grease.
