    Abstract: A magnetic head includes a main pole configured to serve as a first electrode, an upper pole containing a trailing magnetic shield configured to a serve as a second electrode, and an electrically conductive portion located in a trailing gap between the main pole and the trailing magnetic shield. The electrically conductive portion is not part of a spin torque oscillator stack, and the electrically conductive portion includes first and second electrically conductive, non-magnetic material layers. The spin torque oscillator stack is coupled to the first electrically conductive, non-magnetic material layer. The main pole and the trailing magnetic shield are electrically shorted by the electrically conductive portion across the trailing gap between the main pole and the trailing magnetic shield such that an electrically conductive path is present between the main pole and the trailing magnetic shield through the electrically conductive portion.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a time-resolved immunoquantitation test strip for detecting tetrodotoxin (TTX) in shellfish food, which belongs to the technical field of rapid detection of time-resolved immunoassay. In the present invention, fluorescent microspheres are adopted to replace the traditional colloidal gold; the fluorescent microsphere is used for labeling a TTX antibody complex; by utilizing a competitive immunization method, the fluorescent microsphere, serving as a fluorescent probe, is used for immunochromatography; and by reading the fluorescence value of a detection line on a fluoroimmunoassay instrument, the TTX in shellfish samples can be analyzed quantitatively and rapidly. The time-resolved immunoquantitation test strip of the present invention can be used for detecting the content of the TTX in various types of shellfish food quantitatively and rapidly and is strong in specificity and high in sensitivity, wherein when the concentration of the TTX is 0.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a high-stability nano-radian-order angle measuring method and device based on drift value feedback, belonging to the technical field of precision measurement and the field of optical engineering. The device consists of LED light sources, convex lenses, multi-slit diaphragms, beam splitters, deflecting mirrors, steering mirrors, a collimator objective set, linear array CCDs, a four-quadrant position detector and a plane mirror. The method includes: enabling two paths of measuring light beams to carry angle change information of a measured object, respectively forming respective images on two sensors, and calculating a pitch angle and a yaw angle of the measured object relative to an optical axis by using positions of the two images so as to achieve the detection capability on the angle change of the measured object. While a focal distance of the objective is greatly improved by using the collimator objective set, the linear array CCDs are used as sensors to improve a measuring range.
