    Abstract: A protection structure for a power transistor includes one or more pairs of back-to-back pn junction diodes formed in a trench polysilicon layer provided in trenches formed in a semiconductor substrate. At least a portion of the trench polysilicon layer protrudes above the top surface of the semiconductor substrate. Alternating N-type doped regions and P-type doped regions are formed in the trench polysilicon layer along a length of the trench. The protection structure, when coupled across the gate and source terminals of the power transistor can be advantageously applied to protect the power transistor from high voltage ESD events.

The temperature of a power supply conversion chip increases as the output current increases and decreases as the output current decreases, and the temperature of the power supply conversion chip changes under a condition that the output current of the power supply conversion chip is adjusted.

The second memory may be configured to store a sequence of states of each of the memory pages. Data patterns and relations among the data patterns may be determined by data processing units (DPUs) based on the sequence of states of each of the memory pages. A knowledge base may be built in a third memory based on the data patterns and the relations among the data patterns.
