    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for assisting a UE to implement a UL channel access in a base station of an eLAA-based communication system. The method comprises determining a listen-before-talk (LBT) priority for the UE; and transmitting a first signaling indicating the determined LBT priority to the UE. An enhanced UL channel access mechanism is proposed by the dis-closure. In this mechanism, the eNB call provide some assistance to facilitate UL access. Chances of multiple user multiplexing and spectrum efficiency in LAA UL can be improved by this solution.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of ginseng composition with high ginsenoside bioavailability. The composition is composed of ginseng powder of 250 meshes or more and ?-cyclodextrin, and the mass ratio of the ginseng powder to the ?-cyclodextrin is 1:0.05. Results show that when ?-cyclodextrin is used as a solid dispersant and added to the 1000-mesh ginseng powder at a mass ratio of 5%, the total dissolution amount is maximum; and furthermore, animal experiments (SD rats) show that the area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve (AUC0-48 h) after 48 h of ginseng powder ingestion is maximum, indicating that in-vivo bioavailability of the ginseng powder is the highest. The method of this application can effectively inhibit the aggregation of the ultra-finely pulverized 1000-mesh ginseng powder by adding the ?-cyclodextrin, thus significantly improving the total dissolution amount of ginsenoside.

In example embodiments, a first device performs measurement of a first subset of positioning reference signals (PRSs) from a set of PRSs. Based on the measurement of the first subset of PRSs, the first device generates a measurement report and sends the measurement report to a second device along with a report indication that the measurement report is generated based on measurement of a subset of PRSs from the set of PRSs.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of PRS design for low power tracking The method comprises receiving from a second device an indication that a Sounding Reference Signal, SRS, is to be used for a positioning process of the first device unless a further indication is received; and transmitting a SRS to a third device and a fourth device, the third device being responsible for measuring a position of the first device in the positioning process. In this way, a SRS can be applied for multiple cells and the handover can be avoided or SRS resources re-configuration can be avoided even if the handover occurs at the UE. The power consumption and the positioning latency of the UE can be reduced. Meanwhile, the signalling overhead to setup RRC connection may also be reduced.

    Abstract: A method for preparing iron alloy and a cement material, in the field of solid waste recycling, provides an efficient, synergistic effect between main components of carbon, calcium and heavy metal in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash and main components of iron, aluminum and silicon in red mud, so that the iron alloy and cement material can be readily obtained. By using waste to treat waste and using the complementarity of the components of two waste streams, carbon in the MSWI fly ash may provide a reductant to accelerate an iron mineral in the red mud to reduce into metal iron. With the formation of the metal iron, a siderophile heavy metal element in the MSWI fly ash is also accelerated to enter an iron phase. Meanwhile, the cement material is formed by Al2O3 and SiO2 in the red mud and CaO in the MSWI fly ash.

The key idea of this disclosure is requesting UL resources for positioning measurement report in advance by transmitting a report assisted message.
