    Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided for training a global machine learning model using a learning server and a set of vehicle agents connected to roadside units (RSUs). It involves selecting agents, associating them with RSUs based on proximity, and transmitting training data and deadlines. Agents train models locally, which are then aggregated through RSUs to refine the global model to desired precision. The method includes steps of selecting vehicle agents from a pool of the vehicle agents connected to the RSUs, associating the selected vehicle agents and the RSUs respectively based on distances from the selected vehicle agents to the RSUs configured to provide measurements of the distances to the learning server, and transmitting a global model, a selected agent set and deadline thresholds in each global training round to the RSUs configured to transmit the global model and training deadlines to the selected vehicle agents.

    Abstract: A method for operating an energy storage system and an energy storage system are disclosed. The energy storage device is coupled to a first switching device of the energy storage system via a live wire, the first switching device is coupled to a current transformer of the energy storage system via the live wire, and the current transformer is configured to access the external power grid. By switching on the first switching device, the energy storage device can be controlled to access the external power grid, enabling charging or discharging of the energy storage device through the external power grid. Thereafter, based on a difference value between an on-load electrical parameter and a static electrical parameter of the live wire, the connection status of the current transformer is analyzed to set the operating mode of the energy storage system.

    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a chip system relate to the field of communication technologies, to reduce a bit error and/or a packet loss. In this application, a terminal device receives configuration information from a network device, where the configuration information is used to configure a first carrier. The terminal device sends first information to the network device. The first information indicates to stop data transmission on the first carrier. The first information further indicates that the terminal device stops measurement on the first carrier. Therefore, the network device may determine that a reason for receiving no measurement result of the first carrier from the terminal device is that a first terminal device does not measure the first carrier, rather than another reason, and then the network device can activate a carrier more properly.

The monochromatic excitation light of an optimal excitation wavelength generated by a fluorescence excitation source is used to excite the transformer oil in a fluorescence excitation detection apparatus to generate fluorescence. The fluorescence excitation detection apparatus generates the fluorescence according to the input monochromatic excitation light and inputs the fluorescence to a fluorescence signal acquisition and analysis apparatus.
