    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and device for image encoding and a method and device for image decoding. The present disclosure relates to the field of image processing and may solve a technical issue of inflexible image encoding. The particular technical solution comprises: acquiring a first image; compressing the first image to generate a second image, a resolution of the second image is lower than that of the first image; encoding the second image to generate a first bit stream; determining a parameter corresponding to the first image from a parameter database, the parameter corresponds to detail information of the first image; generating a second bit stream according to the parameter; and combining the first bit stream and the second bit stream into a transmission bit stream. The present disclosure may be used for image encoding.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display screen and a frame disposed around the display device, an infrared receiver and a light guide member, wherein the light guide member has a securing surface through which the light guide member is secured to the frame, the light guide member further including a receiving end and a light exiting surface, the receiving end formed at a display side of the display device, a width of the receiving end in a direction perpendicular to the frame to which the light guide member is secured is narrower than a width of the light exiting surface in the direction. Only a narrower portion of the light guide member can be seen when a human being looks at the display device, thus improving display effect of the narrow frame of the display device.

The assembly process is categorized based on its nature which may be cylindrical, radial and multi-stage insertion. The search pattern and search parameters are specified. The parameters are optimized and the optimized parameter set are verified and when a predetermined criteria such as assembly cycle time set and/or success rate is met the optimization process stops. When the optimization stops the verified parameters are used to cause the robot to perform the categorized assembly process. If the parameters do not meet the predetermined criteria, another round of optimization using the same or other parameters can be performed.

The direct-type backlight module directs part of the light emitted from the LED lamps through the plurality of light transmission openings to the diffusion plate using the optical fibers, which changes the LED lamps in the form of point light sources into area light sources.
