The intermediate body is of a plate-type structure, the brake valve and the dust collector are mounted on one side of the intermediate body, the air cylinder is connected to the intermediate body by means of the connection assembly, the air cylinder is mounted on the other side of the intermediate body, and the support assembly is located between the air cylinder and the intermediate body. The connection structure of an integrated brake device for a rail vehicle has a simple and compact structure and saves on space.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a glutamate dehydrogenase mutant and an application thereof. The mutant is one of the following: a mutation of the 402th lysine of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 to phenylalanine or aspartic acid; a mutation of the 406th isoleucine to phenylalanine or threonine; a combined mutation of the 121th threonine and the 123th leucine; a combined mutation of the 379th alanine and the 383th leucine. In the invention, the catalytic activity of glutamate dehydrogenase derived from Pseudomonas putida to 2-carbonyl-4-(hydroxymethylphosphonoyl)butanoic acid (PPO) is significantly improved by a molecular transformation method combining directed evolution and a semi-rational design; and the issue of low glutamate dehydrogenase activity in the process of preparing L-glufosinate by reductive amination is solved.

    Abstract: Integration method of a large-scale silicon-based lithium niobate film electro-optic modulator array. By using the method, the difficulty of a fabrication process of a lithium niobate crystal layer is reduced, requirements on precision of bonding lithium niobate and silicon is reduced, and fabrication and bonding of the large-scale array lithium niobate crystal layer can be completed at one time, so that production efficiency of the silicon-based lithium niobate film electro-optic modulator array is greatly improved; through design and optimization of the structure of the silicon crystal layers, light can be naturally alternated and mutually transmitted in silicon waveguides and lithium niobate waveguides, and a high-performance electro-optic modulation effect of the lithium niobate film is achieved.

The method is applied to electronic ADCs or photonic ADCs. It utilizes the learning ability of the deep network to perform system response learning on ADCs which need noise suppression and distortion correction, establishes a computational model in the deep network that can suppress the reconstruction of noises and distorted signals, performs noise suppression and distortion correction on the signals obtained by ADCs, and thereby improves performance of the learned ADCs. The device improves the performance of the microwave photon system with high sampling precision of microwave photon radar and optical communication system.

By means of molecular engineering, mutating the specific alanine in glutamate dehydrogenase substrate-binding pocket into glycine and/or mutating the specific valine in glutamate dehydrogenase substrate-binding pocket into alanine, the present invention has obtained NADPH-specific glutamate dehydrogenase mutants with high enzyme activity in catalyzing the substrate 2-oxo-4-[(hydroxy)(methyl)phosphinoyl]butyric acid or its salt for L-phosphinothricin preparation or NADH-specific glutamate dehydrogenase mutants with catalytic activity toward PPO; this has significantly improved substrate conversion, and increased the product concentration of the L-phosphinothricin preparation process.
