Abstract: An integrated semiconductor device includes a substrate, semiconductor circuit layers, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and an interconnection layer. The semiconductor circuit layers are disposed above the substrate. The semiconductor circuit layers have device portions and isolating portions, and the isolating portions are located among the device portions. The first insulating layer is disposed on the semiconductor circuit layers, and the second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer, and the interconnection layer is disposed on the semiconductor circuit layers. The interconnection layer penetrates the first and second insulating layers to electrically connect the device portions of the semiconductor circuit layers. The second insulating layer or the first and second insulating layers collectively form one or more isolating structures above the isolating portion of the semiconductor circuit layers.

Abstract: A vehicle includes an engine, a transmission, and a controller. The transmission is configured to transfer power from the engine to at least one drive wheel to propel the vehicle. The controller programmed to, in response to a command to shift the transmission, reduce a torque of the engine from a desired engine torque to a reduced value based on a flare at an input to the transmission during the shift. The controller is further programmed to, in response to the reduced value exceeding a threshold, retard an engine spark and maintain operation of all cylinders of the engine to reduce the torque of the engine during the shift. The controller is further programmed to, in response to the reduced value being less than the threshold, retard the engine spark and shutdown at least one cylinder of the engine to reduce the torque of the engine during the shift.

Abstract: A movable battery replacing platform includes a travel-driving portion used for driving the movable battery replacing platform to move on the ground; a lifting portion mounted on the travel-driving portion, for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion mounted on the top of the lifting portion, for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery. The battery mounting porting is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The angle of an upper board relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform remains still.

Abstract: An air disinfection device includes: a housing that includes an inlet port for taking air therethrough and a disinfection chamber that has a shell in a shape of a truncated ellipsoid. The device also includes: a disinfection head that is disposed in the inlet port and includes a light source for generating disinfection light that disinfects the air in the disinfection chamber, where the light source is located substantially on a plane where a first focal point of the truncated ellipsoid is located. The disinfection head further includes a fan for taking the air through the inlet port to the disinfection chamber and a filter for filtering the air. The device further includes a power source electrically coupled to the disinfection head and configured to provide electrical power for the disinfection head.

Also provided are multiple quantum well structures and p-type contacts. Abstract: An intelligent analysis system applied to ethology of various kinds of high-density minimal polypides is provided, including an operating platform subsystem and an analysis subsystem; the operating platform subsystem is used for providing an activity medium capable of obtaining behaviors of the minimal polypides and shooting the behaviors of the minimal polypides; the behavior collecting module in the analysis subsystem is used for obtaining an ethology video of the high-density minimal polypides through the operating platform subsystem; the analysis modeling module is used for obtaining ethology big data of various kinds of high-density minimal insects according to the ethology video, and establishing an ethology model; the simulation predicting module is used for dynamically predicting comprehensive control strategies and control effects of minimal pests in a field ecosystem according to the ethology model; the visual demonstrating module is used for displaying the above behavior data.

Abstract: The battery support frame comprises a support frame body and a back panel. The support frame body has a channel for the battery box to enter into or exit from the support frame body. The back panel is used to connect the support frame body to an electric vehicle. At least one locking slot extending in an X direction is provided on the back panel. The channel for entry and exit of the battery box on the support frame body enables the support frame body to be connected to an electric vehicle by means of the back panel. The locking slot is configured to extend in the X direction, effectively increasing the area of the locking slot, and accordingly increasing the contact area between the locking slot and the locking shaft. The invention improves stress uniformity between the locking slot and the locking shaft, and prevents a concentration of stress.

The vortex is avoided using a structure such as a spoiler cup, and the vibration kinetic energy of the steel pipe is consumed, thereby achieving an effective vibration reduction effect.

The locking mechanism comprises a lock base and a lock tongue; the lock tongue is rotatably mounted on the lock base around a rotary shaft; the lock base is provided with an accommodating cavity; the lock tongue is rotated so that a lock shaft located within the accommodating cavity is in a locked state and an unlocked state. When the lock shaft moves in the accommodating cavity, the lock tongue may be driven to rotate downward, preventing the lock tongue from rotating upward and causing the lock shaft to convert into the unlocked state, and improving the reliability of fixing a battery pack.
