  • Publication number: 20160067811
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a central negative pressure arc welding apparatus and method. Through a pumping gas pipeline from the suction device to hollow tubular electrode, a suction device may establish a stable, high energy density and binding arc beneath hollow tubular electrode. The binding degree, energy density and voltage of arc may be adjusted by changing the value of negative pressure in the center of arc. Accordingly, welding heat input and coefficient of weld may be precisely controlled. This apparatus may further set up central pulsating negative pressure arc by turning on valve periodically to make a periodic negative pressure in the center of arc. This present disclosure both possesses good stability and adaptability of traditional Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and achieves binding arc and good penetration of Plasma Arc Welding. Furthermore, this present disclosure improves the mechanical properties of welded joints.

  • Publication number: 20160066377
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an LED driving circuit and method using a single inductor. A constant current controller controls a power stage circuit to provide a constant output signal, and thus to provide a constant current signal for an LED load. A dimming controller regulates luminance of the LED load. A constant voltage generating circuit receives the current signal at an output terminal of the power stage circuit and a reserve supply voltage for providing a supply voltage for the dimming controller. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure does not need an independent power supply chip, and reduces components such as inductors and rectifying transistors. Thus, a peripheral circuit is simplified, and an overall size of the system is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20150347118
Abstract: Systems and methods for a device connected to a private network to efficiently retrieve a software/firmware update. The device may retrieve an update scheme that defines an external Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for a resource external to the private network and a primary URI for a primary resource connected to the private network. The device may compare own Internet Protocol address and the primary URI to determine whether or not the device is the primary resource. When the device is the primary resource, the device may retrieve the software/firmware update from the external URI.

  • Patent number: 9178854
Abstract: In one embodiment, two way communication between an IP phone behind a firewall and an IP phone behind a translation device is established. A network security device receives a remote packet from the translation device. The header of the remote packet includes the address of the translation device, and a payload of the remote packet includes an embedded remote address and the media port of the IP phone behind the translation device. A memory stores the media port matched with the address of the translation device. When the network security device receives a local packet from the IP phone behind the firewall destined for the IP phone behind the translation device, a controller rewrites the destination port of the local packet with the media port.

  • Patent number: 9124628
Abstract: Techniques are presented for seamless engagement and disengagement of Transport Layer Security proxy services. A first initial message of a handshaking procedure for a first secure communication session between a first device and a second device is intercepted at a proxy device. The first initial message of the handshaking procedure is saved at the proxy device. A second initial message of a second handshaking procedure for a second secure communication session between the proxy device and the second device is sent from the proxy device to the second device. It is determined from the second handshaking procedure that inspection of the first secure communication session is not to be performed by the proxy device. The first secure communication session is established without examination of the communication traffic by the proxy device.

  • Patent number: 8752161
Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and other embodiments associated with securing and authenticating multiple devices behind a network address translation (NAT) device are described. One example method includes controlling a phone proxy to provide security credential information to an Internet Protocol (IP) phone located behind the NAT device. The credentials may be selectively provided in response to receiving a certificate request from the IP phone. The certificate request includes IP phone identifying addresses. The method may also include controlling the phone proxy to update an entry in a secure IP phone data store to relate together the IP phone identifying addresses, a source port associated with the IP phone, and the fact that credential information was provided to the IP phone. This entry can mark the IP phone as an authorized phone. The entry may be addressable as a function of a least a portion of the IP phone identifying addresses.

  • Patent number: 8467081
Abstract: The subject application is directed to coordinating document processing operations among devices having differing functionality. A document is received into a first document processing device that has a first set of processing functions. A display is generated on the first device that includes indicia of an available document processing operation having a function of a first set and a secondary function of a second device, with any secondary function outside the first set. Selection data is received of an operation having functions from the first set and one or more secondary functions. Operation of the first device is controlled by a controller operable to control the functions of the first set by the first device on the document. The document is communicated to the second device following completion of any first set functions. The document processing operation is completed by the second device via completion of any secondary functions.
