Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of microbial technology, and discloses a composite probiotics and the use thereof. The composite probiotics in the present disclosure is consisted of Bifidobacterium adolescentis CCFM8630, Lactobacillus reuteri CCFM8631, Lactobacillus rhamnosus CCFM1044 and Lactobacillus casei CCFM711, whose effect of alleviating metabolic syndrome is significantly better than that of CCFM8630 or CCFM8631 alone or combination of the two, especially in aspects of lowering contents of serum low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, and liver triglyceride and contents of serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and IFN-?, and increasing contents of liver glutathione and superoxide dismutase, etc. The extent of decrease or increase is increased by 7.91% to 837.31% compared with the formulations of CCFM8630 or CCFM8631 alone or combination of the two probiotics. The combination of the four probiotics can achieve a significant synergistic effect.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a localization method as well as a helmet and a computer readable storage medium using the same. The method includes: extracting first feature points from a target image; obtaining inertial information of the carrier, and screening the first feature points based on the inertial information to obtain second feature points; triangulating the second feature points of the target image to generate corresponding initial three-dimensional map points, if the target image is a key frame image; performing a localization error loopback calibration on the initial three-dimensional map points according to at least a predetermined constraint condition to obtain target three-dimensional map points; and determining a positional point of the specific carrier according to the target three-dimensional map points. In this manner, the accuracy of the localization of a dynamic object such as a person when moving can be improved.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a probiotic mixed preparation with anti-influenza ability and application thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of microorganisms and medicines. The probiotic mixed preparation has anti-influenza effects, which are embodied in: (1) significantly reducing the degree of weight loss of influenza mice; (2) significantly improving the blood indexes of the influenza mice; (3) significantly improving the inflammation status of respiratory tract infections in the influenza mice; (4) significantly reducing the viral load in the lungs of the influenza mice (i.e., significantly inhibiting the replication and multiplication of influenza viruses in the influenza mice); and (5) significantly increasing the expression quantity of antiviral protein MxA in the lungs of the influenza mice. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of microbes, in particular to a Lactobacillus plantarum which can significantly inhibit the occurrence of colorectal cancer, and its use thereof. The Lactobacillus plantarum strain CCFM164 has a deposit number CGMCC No. 14520, which has a good tolerance to gastric acid and bile salts, significantly alleviate the level of colorectal inflammation in colorectal cancer model mice, and can reduce the number of tumors in the colon and rectum of the model mice by regulating the Notch1, Notch2 signaling pathway and the expression of VEGFR2 molecule in colorectal tissue. In addition, the Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM164 can also improve the intestinal flora population and short-chain fatty acid levels in the intestine. The Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM164 is used to prepare a fermented food for the inhibition of the occurrence of colorectal cancer with wild applications.

Abstract: Disclosed is linoleic acid isomerases and their application in production of conjugated linoleic acid, which belongs to the technical fields of protein engineering and microbial engineering. The linoleic acid isomerase derived from Bifidobacterium is used to produce the conjugated linoleic acid. The recombinant E. coli containing the linoleic acid isomerase of the invention is added into a reaction system containing linoleic acid and react for 3 h to produce conjugated linoleic acids. The conversion rate of the conjugated linoleic acid of the invented method ranges from 12.1% to 42.1%, and the percentage of cis9, trans11-CLA in the conjugated linoleic acid can reach 84.3% to 89.1%. The invention provides a method for using microorganisms to produce conjugated linoleic acids with high safety and yield where cis9, trans11-CLA isomer is the major form in the conjugated linoleic acid products.
