    Abstract: An apparatus for encoding and decoding video receives a request to decode a current video frame. The apparatus determines whether encoding is within a threshold for a previous video frame. Additionally, the apparatus waits for the encoding to start if the encoding is within the threshold. Further, the apparatus provides a signal to begin encoding the current video frame. Also, the apparatus submits a decode workload to a graphics processor unit (GPU) for the current video frame. The apparatus additionally submits, in parallel with submitting the decode workload to the GPU, an encode workload to the GPU for the previous video frame.

    Abstract: This application discloses a data processing method performed by a computer device. The method includes: detecting a data volume of a first picture frame after being coded; in response to the data volume of the first picture frame being greater than or equal to a data volume threshold, performing downsampling on the first picture frame to obtain a first adjusted picture frame; coding the first adjusted picture frame to obtain a picture frame code stream of the first adjusted picture frame; and transmitting the picture frame code stream to an application client at a terminal for decoding the picture frame code stream to obtain a first adjusted picture frame, which is then upsampled to the same resolution as the first picture frame and displayed accordingly.

    Abstract: A server system includes a cloud application program, a system framework, a forwarding program, and an audio capturing program. The server system inputs first audio data of the cloud application program to the system framework, processes the first audio data through the system framework to obtain second audio data, and transmits the second audio data to the forwarding program. The second audio data is then transmitted from the forwarding program to the audio capturing program according to a communication connection between the forwarding program and the audio capturing program. The audio capturing program transmits the second audio data to a local application program of a terminal. Because the second audio data obtained after processing through the system framework is directly sent to the audio capturing program through the forwarding program, a transmission link of audio data is shortened, thus reducing the delay in delivering audio data.
