The method includes: receiving a panoramic picture from a terminal; determining a first viewing angle corresponding to a picture currently displayed on the terminal and a multimedia picture in the panoramic picture based on the picture currently displayed on the terminal; receiving sensor data collected by a physical sensor of the terminal; determining a second viewing angle based on the sensor data and a picture that matches the second viewing angle in the panoramic picture; generating multimedia viewing angle update data based on the first viewing angle and the second viewing angle; and returning the multimedia viewing angle update data to the terminal, wherein the terminal is configured to update, based on the multimedia viewing angle update data, the currently displayed picture corresponding to the first viewing angle to the picture corresponding to the second viewing angle.

The method includes: detecting a data volume of a first picture frame after being coded; in response to the data volume of the first picture frame being greater than or equal to a data volume threshold, performing downsampling on the first picture frame to obtain a first adjusted picture frame; coding the first adjusted picture frame to obtain a picture frame code stream of the first adjusted picture frame; and transmitting the picture frame code stream to an application client at a terminal for decoding the picture frame code stream to obtain a first adjusted picture frame, which is then upsampled to the same resolution as the first picture frame and displayed accordingly.

Abstract: A server system includes a cloud application program, a system framework, a forwarding program, and an audio capturing program. The server system inputs first audio data of the cloud application program to the system framework, processes the first audio data through the system framework to obtain second audio data, and transmits the second audio data to the forwarding program. The second audio data is then transmitted from the forwarding program to the audio capturing program according to a communication connection between the forwarding program and the audio capturing program. The audio capturing program transmits the second audio data to a local application program of a terminal. Because the second audio data obtained after processing through the system framework is directly sent to the audio capturing program through the forwarding program, a transmission link of audio data is shortened, thus reducing the delay in delivering audio data.

Abstract: A system/method for a cloud game can improve sharing to a social application that is locally running on a terminal. The system/method improves the scalability of cloud games, provides improved information processing, improves the sociality of cloud games, achieves a high degree of dissemination of cloud games, improves the degree of participation of players in cloud games, and improves the interaction rate of cloud games. The system/method includes logging, by a terminal, in to a cloud game installed in a server based on a trigger instruction of a cloud game login portal, transmitting an operation instruction to the server on which the cloud game is installed, and receiving sharing information including data to-be-shared transmitted by the server. The terminal can share the data to-be-shared to a target social application.

Abstract: An apparatus for encoding and decoding video receives a request to decode a current video frame. The apparatus determines whether encoding is within a threshold for a previous video frame. Additionally, the apparatus waits for the encoding to start if the encoding is within the threshold. Further, the apparatus provides a signal to begin encoding the current video frame. Also, the apparatus submits a decode workload to a graphics processor unit (GPU) for the current video frame. The apparatus additionally submits, in parallel with submitting the decode workload to the GPU, an encode workload to the GPU for the previous video frame.

In response, the user mode driver may insert a command associated with the request into a command buffer. In addition, the user mode driver may enqueue the command buffer to receive a further request to process further video content independent of an execution of the command by platform hardware. Additionally, a command submission process may dequeue the command buffer and call a kernel mode driver. The kernel mode driver may receive the system call independent of the user mode driver and submit the command buffer to the platform hardware to process the video content.
