A split braid includes a braid body which is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts, the multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; the braid body is formed by at least one weaving unit, each two weaving units are connected end to end; each weaving unit is divided into a first closing segment, a split segment and a second closing segment in sequence along a length direction.

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The following relates to the field of braid weaving, in particular to a split braid.

BACKGROUND

A braid is generally interwoven from warps and wefts according to certain rules, and is widely used in such fields as clothing, sports protection and medical bandaging. In actual applications, types of braid include single strands braid and multiple strands braid.

SUMMARY

In some embodiment, a split braid includes a braid body which is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts in an integrated manner, wherein multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, and the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; the braid body is formed by at least one weaving unit, adjacent two weaving units are connected in a longitudinal direction end to end; each weaving unit is divided into a first closing segment, a split segment and a second closing segment in sequence along a longitudinal direction of the braid body, wherein the first closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group and the first weft as well as the second weft; the split segment is divided into a first branch braid and a second branch braid, the first branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the first upper warp group, the first lower warp group and the first weft; the second branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the second upper warp group, the second lower warp group and the second weft; the second closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group, the first weft and the second weft; the cavity of the first branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment; and the cavity of the second branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment.

In some embodiments, the braid body includes a first side thread and a second side thread, the second side thread is arranged on an outer side of the second upper warp group and the second lower warp group along the length direction of the braid body; the first closing segment is composed of a first connecting segment and a first transition segment, wherein in the first connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are arranged on the same side, and the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven into an upper layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the second weft and the lower weft group are interwoven into a lower layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the first connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the first connecting segment at another side of the braid body; in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first connecting segment and the first transition segment to a weaving point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at another side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group and the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the first transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread and the second lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the first transition segment; in the first branch ribbon, the first side thread performs edge closing; in the second branch ribbon, the second side thread performs edge closing; the second closing segment is composed of a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, wherein in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid and the second closing segment to a weaving point between a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at the other side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the second transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread as well as the second lower warp group are woven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the second transition segment; in the second connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are located on the same side, the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven forming an upper layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the second weft and the lower warp group are interwoven forming a lower layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the second connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the second connecting segment at another side of the braid body.

In some embodiments, the closing segment further includes transition segments. In the transition segments, the weaving points between the first weft and the second weft are not set along the side edge, but extend obliquely to a split point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid, and the first side thread also transits to the split point from the side edge, and then the warps start being woven separately at the split point, then a split segment is woven.

In some embodiments, in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body, and in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body.

In some embodiments, in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, the first weft has the same length as the second weft.

In some embodiments, the braid body further includes at least one connecting line, the connecting line penetrates through the braid body in a reciprocating manner along the thickness direction of the braid body, and is interwoven with the first weft and the second weft to connect an upper layer with a lower layer of the braid.

In some embodiments, the braid body further includes at least one central heart line filled inside the braid body.

In some embodiments, the braid body further comprises at least one reserved root thread buried at the middle of the braid body or in a bottom layer of the braid body.

In some embodiments, the braid body is an elastic fabric or a non-elastic fabric.

In some embodiments, the braid body further includes jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, one jacquard thread which is symmetrical to the first side thread, is located on an upper layer of the braid body and inclines towards the split segment from the side edge to be symmetrical to the first side thread, meanwhile, the other two jacquard threads are located on a lower layer of the braid body and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

For a better understanding and implementation, the embodiments will be described in detail below in combination with accompanying drawings.

The applicant once applied for a Chinese Application No. CN200610037295.5 about three-fork ribbon with an arbitrarily changed fork length, and also applied for a Chinese Application No. CN104947292B about an integrally woven four-fork ribbon and a weaving method and a weaving machine. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, in the figures, A is a single strand of segment which is also called a closing position, while B is a split segment, namely, an opening position. For the above split ribbons, multiple segments are all discharged in a laminating manner, and are divided into a single strand of segment and a four-fork segment, wherein the single strand of segment is composed of four branch ribbons which are connected two by two at left and right edges of the single strand of segment, the branch ribbons are respectively woven in four planes, and the branch ribbons are connected via warps at an exchange position to form a single strand of segment. The ribbon can be woven integrally, and the fork length can be changed arbitrarily, thereby dramatically improving efficiency of ribbon weaving. However, since the opening and closing positions of the ribbon woven through the method are controlled via warps at one side or the other side, therefore, in any way, folds on a closing position after the ribbon is opened cannot be shielded, and a traceless effect cannot be realized. In addition, at a split position, a split ribbon made through the above method and a traditional split ribbon are all generally connected via two warps, when a branch ribbon is pulled towards two sides, the strength connecting the two warps is not sufficient, and is easily broken from the middle position. To satisfy requirements of market, a split ribbon which is traceless at a closing position and high in strength needs to be developed.

With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the invention, a split braid includes a ribbon body, which is mainly woven from multiple warps and two wefts, wherein the braid body is formed by at least one weaving units H, adjacent two weaving units H sequentially connected in a longitudinal direction end to end. And the weaving unit includes a first closing segment A, a split segment B and a second closing segment C in sequence along braid the longitudinal direction. The first closing segment, the second closing segment and the split segment are all flat tubular. The split segment includes a first branch braid B1 and a second branch braid B2. A cavity of the first branch braid B1 is respectively communicated with a cavity of the first closing segment A and a cavity of a second closing segment C; and a cavity of the second branch braid B2 is respectively communicated with a cavity of the first closing segment A and a cavity of the second closing segment C.

The split braid is of a two-layer structure, and the multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group 11 and a lower warp group 12. The upper warp group 11 is divided into a first upper warp group 111 and a second upper warp group 112, and the lower warp group 12 is divided into a first lower warp group 121 and a second lower warp group 122.

The first closing segment A and the second closing segment C are both woven from the upper warp group 11, the lower warp group 12 and a first weft 13 as well as a second weft 14. The first branch braid B1 is woven from the first upper warp group 111, the first lower warp group 121 and the first weft 13, and the second branch braid B2 is woven from the second upper warp group 112, the second lower warp group 122 and the second weft 14.

The braid body 1 further includes a first side thread 15 and a second side thread 16, and the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 are used for edge closing of the braid body 1. The second side thread 16 is arranged on the outer side of the second upper warp group 112 and the second lower warp group 122 along a length direction of the braid body 1. The braid body 1 is woven from the upper warp group 11, the lower warp group 12, the first weft 13, the second weft 14, the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 is presented as a wrap belt 1 with an outer layer being formed to be tubular.

The first closing segment A includes a first connecting segment A1 and a first transition segment A2, wherein in the first connecting segment A1, the first side thread 15 is combined with the second side thread 16, settled on the same side of the braid, and the first weft 13 and the upper warp group 11 are interwoven into an upper layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the second weft 14 and the lower weft group 12 are interwoven into a lower layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the first weft 13, the second weft 14 and the first side thread 15 as well as the second side thread 16 form an edge closing structure of the first connecting segment A1 at one outer side of the braid body 1, and the first weft 13, the second weft 14 and warps of the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 form a sealing structure of the first connecting segment A1 at another outer side of the braid body 1.

In the first transition segment A2, the first side thread 15 is separated from the second side thread 16, the first side thread 15 extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first connecting segment A1 and the first transition segment A2 to a weaving point between the first closing segment A and the first branch braid B1 as well as the second branch braid B2, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group 11 is located. Warps at one side of the first side thread 15 belongs to the first upper warp group 111, while warps at the other side of the first side thread 15 belongs to the second upper warp group 112. The first weft 13, the first side thread 15, the first upper warp group 111 as well as the first lower warp group 121 are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the first transition segment A2. The second weft 14, the second upper warp group 112, the second side thread 16 as well as the second lower warp group 122 are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the first transition segment A2; and the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are interwoven along the first side thread 15 such that the two U-shaped braid structures form a flat tubular shape braid body 1. Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6, in the first transition segment A2, the first weft 13 has the same length as the second weft 14, therefore, on an upper layer of the braid body 1, the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are interwoven with the upper warp group 11 along the first side thread 15, to form a column of inclined upper interwoven points D1. And as shown in FIG. 7, on the lower layer of the braid, the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are also interwoven with the lower warp group 12 to form a column of obliquely arranged lower interwoven points D2. In the first transition segment A2, since the first side thread 15 is inclined inward, the area of the first upper warp group 111 and the second upper warp group 112 respectively woven with the wefts are changed in the process, that is, the area woven from the first warp group increase, while the area woven from the second warp group decrease.

In the split segment B, the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 are separated oppositely from the first side thread 15, such that the first upper warp group 111 and the first lower warp group 112 are located at one side of the split segment B, and the second upper warp group 112 and the second lower warp group 122 are located at the other side of the split segment B. The first branch braid B1 is woven from the first upper warp group 111, the first lower warp group 121 and the first weft 13, while the first side thread 15 performs inner edge closing. The second branch braid B2 is woven from the second upper warp group 112, the second lower warp group 122 and the second weft 14, and the second side thread 16 performs outer edge closing.

The second closing segment C includes a second transition segment C2 and a second connecting segment C1, and the structure of the second transition segment C2 and the second connecting segment C1 is the same as the structure of the first transition segment A2 and the first connecting segment A1, with the opposite weaving sequences.

In the second transition segment C2, the first side thread 15 extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first branch braid B1 as well as the second branch braid B2 and the second closing segment C to a weaving point at the side edge locating the second side thread and between the second transition segment C2 and the second connecting segment C1, and the first side thread 15 extends along a plane in which the upper warp group 11 is located. Warps at one side of the first side thread 15 belongs to the first upper warp group 111, while warps at the other side of the side thread 15 belongs to the second upper warp group 112. The first weft 13, the first side thread 15, the first upper warp group 111 as well as the first lower warp group 121 are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the second transition segment; the second weft 14 and the second side thread 16, the second upper warp group 112 as well as the second lower warp group 122 are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the second transition segment C2. Similarly, in the second transition segment, the first weft 13 has the same length as the second weft 14. Therefore, in the second transition segment C2, the interwoven points D1 and D2 in an upper layer and a lower layer are similar to those in the first transition segment A2, and will not be repeated redundantly herein.

In the second connecting segment C1, the first side thread 15 is combined with the second side thread 16, located on the same side of the braid, and the first weft 13 and the upper warp group 11 are interwoven to form an upper layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment C1, the second weft 14 and the lower warp group 12 are interwoven to form a lower layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment C1, the first weft 13, the second weft 14 and the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 form an edge closing structure of the second connecting segment C1 at one side of the braid body 1, and the first weft 13, the second weft 14 and warps of the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 form a sealing structure of the second connecting segment C1 at another side of the braid body 1.

In some embodiments, in the first transition segment A2, the first side thread 15 extends to the middle of a braid from an outer side of the braid body 1, and in the second transition segment C2, the first side thread 15 extends to the outer side of the braid body 1 from the split segment B, such that the size of the first branch braid B1 is the same as that of the second branch braid B2. Herein, warps in the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 can be separated arbitrarily, according to different number of wefts and different speeds of weft delivery, the size of two branch braids can either be the same or not.

In some embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, there is at least one connecting line 2 set on the braid body 1, wherein the connecting lines 2 penetrates through the braid body (a wrap belt) 1 in a reciprocating manner along a thickness direction of the braid body 1, and is interwoven with the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 to connect the upper layer 11 with the lower layer 12 of the braid body 1. Since the connecting line 2 can connect the upper layer 11 with the lower layer 12 of the braid body 1, tubular fabrics tends to be wrinkled after contacting with water, the braid body 1 of some embodiments can keep the braid flat by adding the connecting lines 2.

In some embodiments, the braid body (the wrap belt) 1 includes at least one central heart line 3 which is filled inside the braid, and since the central heart lines 3 is thicker than the parallel warps, it will make the braid fuller and more stereoscopic.

In some embodiments, the braid body 1 includes at least one reserved root thread (not shown in the figure) which is arranged with the same direction as warps, wherein the reserved root thread can be buried at the middle of the braid body 1 or in a bottom layer of the braid body 1, and the reserved root thread can be woven to any branch braid for edge closing, such that edge closing of the split segment would be more smooth.

In some embodiments, the first transition segment and the second transition segment both include jacquard threads 4, wherein three jacquard threads 4 are available, and one jacquard thread 4 is located on the upper layer of the braid body 1 and inclines towards the split segment B from the outer side of the braid, in order to be symmetrical to the first side thread 15 then form a V-shape structure. Similarly, the other two jacquard threads 4 are located on a lower layer of the braid body 1 and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid body 1, therefore, the upper and lower two surfaces seem to be more symmetrical and elegant.

The split braid in some embodiments is flat tubular and is of a double-layer structure. The braid can be composed of a covered thread and nylon, and they can be replaced by other yarns when needed. The central heart lines 3 and connecting lines 2 are filled into the braid body 1, such that the braid is more stereoscopic and more stable. The split braid can be traceless at the closing segments; moreover, the braid is stable and hard to be torn at the weaving points between the closing segments and the split segment, since weaving is performed with double layers of wefts. When weaving the braid body 1 a layer of fluff could be added on the surface of the braid body 1 contacting with human body as needed, for comfort-enhancing. Slender yarns can be possibly selected as the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16, such that edge closing of the closing segment can be smoother and more elegant.

Moreover, a method for weaving the split braid includes the following steps:

a) forming the weaving unit H, wherein the step includes the following steps: Weaving the first closing segment A, wherein the first closing segment A includes the first connecting segment A1 and the first transition segment A2. Firstly, weave the first connecting segment A1: arrange the upper warp group 11 on an upper layer, and the lower warp group 12 on a lower layer, then respectively weave the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 with the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 in an integrated manner to form the first connecting segment A, the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are interwoven with warps on the same side at two outer sides of the braid body 1 to form sealing structure, and use the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 to perform edge closing respectively on the outer side or the inner side which are at the same side of the braid body 1.

Then weaving the first transition segment A2: keep the upper warp group 11, the lower warp group 12 and the second side thread 16 unchanged, and weave the first side thread 15 extending obliquely from the outer side of the braid body 1 to a weaving point between the first closing segment A and the first branch braid B1 as well as the second branch braid B2 along a plane in which the upper warp group 11 is located, weave the first side thread 15 extending obliquely towards a lower inner direction of the braid from the outer side. The extending end is not limited herein, and in some embodiments the extending end can be set at the middle of the braid. In the upper layer, the upper warp group 11 is divided into the first upper warp group 111 and the second warp group 112 along the first side thread 15, and in the lower layer, the lower warp group 12 is also divided into the first lower warp group 121 and the second lower warp group 122. Interweave the first weft 13 and the first upper warp group 111 as well as the first lower warp group 121 to form a U-shaped structure at one side of the first transition segment A2, and interweave the second weft 14 and the second upper warp group 112 as well as the second lower warp group 122 to form a U-shaped structure at another side of the first transition segment A2; and connect the two U-shaped braid structures together to form a flat tubular shape braid. While on the upper layer of the braid, the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are interwoven with the upper warp group 11 along the first side thread 15 forming a column of inclined upper interwoven points D1. The column of interwoven points D1 are coincided with the first side thread 15, while on the lower layer of the braid, along with the incline of the first side thread 15, the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 are interwoven forming a column of inclined lower interwoven points D2. As shown in FIG. 9 which is an organizational chart of the closing segment, organizational structures of the wrap belt 1, the central heart line 3 and the connecting line 2 are included in the figure. In the figure, symbol □ represents that the warp is located above the weft, symbol Δ represents that the warp is located between two layers of wefts, and symbol ∘ represents that the warp is located below the weft.

Weaving the split segment B: please refer to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, and respectively FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are organization charts of the first branch braid B1 and the second branch braid B2. After weaving the first transition segment A2, divide the upper warp group 11 and the lower warp group 12 oppositely from the first side thread 15, The first upper warp group 111 as well as the first lower warp group 121 are divided into a upper plane, and the second upper warp group 112 as well as the second lower warp group 122 are divided into a lower plane. Interweave the first weft 13 with the first upper warp group 111 and the first lower warp group 121 on the upper plane to form the first branch braid B1, then weave the first side thread 15 for edge closing at the inner side of the first branch braid B1, and interweave the second weft 14 with the second upper warp group 112 and the second lower warp group 122 on a lower plane to form the second branch braid B2, and weave the second side thread 16 for edge closing at the outer side of the second branch braid B2. Then finish weaving the split segment B.

Weaving the second closing segment C: the second closing segment B includes the second connecting segment C1 and the second transition segment C2, firstly, weave the second transition segment C2: after the split segment B is finished weaving, the first upper warp group 111 and the first lower warp group 121 are adjusted to be in the same plane as well as the second upper warp group 112 and the second lower warp group 122. Afterwards, weave the first side thread 15 extending obliquely towards the outer side of the upper plane, then interweave the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 along the first side thread 15, interweave the first weft 13 and the first upper warp group 111 as well as the first lower warp group 121 to form a U-shaped structure at one side of the second transition segment C2, and interweave the second weft 14 and the second upper warp group 112 as well as the second lower warp group 122 to form a U-shaped structure at another side of the first transition segment. Weave until the first side thread has extended to the side edge of the braid, then the second transition segment is formed. The forming process of the second transition segment C2 is the same as that of the first transition segment A2 process and is not repeated redundantly herein.

Weaving the second connecting segment C1: since the second transition segment C2 is finished weaving, weave the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 for edge closing on the same outer side of the braid, and respectively weave the first weft 13 and the second weft 14 on an upper layer and on a lower layer to form the second connecting segment C1, and the weaving of the segment is the same as weaving of the first connecting segment A1.

In some embodiment, in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body, and in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body, such that the size of the first branch braid is the same as that of the second branch braid.

b). forming a braid body 1: connect the weaving units H sequentially end to end to weave the braid body 1, specifically, connect the first connecting segment A1 of one weaving unit H with the second connecting segment C1 of another weaving unit H.

Since the braid is of a double-layer structure, in the weaving process, when weaving the split segment B, a section of the branch braid is far away from the needle edge at the outer side of the braid, therefore, it's necessary to additionally weave it with the first side thread 15 for edge closing, and the method of edge closing adopts a Z10 method. The method relative to double weft hooks, double weft yarns (the first weft and the second weft), double knitting needles (an upper knitting needle and a lower knitting needle) and two side threads (the first side thread and the second side thread). During edge closing, hook the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 by the upper knitting needle and the lower knitting needle respectively, and do not hook wefts. In addition, to ensure comfort handfeeling of edge closing at the closing segment and the split segment and hands will not be scraped, the first side thread 15 and the second side thread 16 should adopt slender yarns.

Weaving methods of all the embodiments are not limited by other factors. For comfort and elegance, a fluff layer could be integrated woven on the lower layer of the braid, such that the braid would be more fit to skin, and other processing can also be performed on the upper layer of the braid, such as jacquard weaving, etc.

The above weaving method of the split braid is novel and simple, and weaving can be performed via a Mulle HMTY2 ED384 machine. The machine is a loose heddle jacquard machine set with high, middle and low structures. For the machine, multiple loose heddles are available, and number of delivered wefts can be adjusted intelligently. Under the support of the machine, during weaving, the mode of discharging yarns is no longer discharging in a laminating manner, but discharging smoothly, and the woven split braid is traceless at a closing position and the strength of the closing position is higher, and the split braid is more resistant to being pulled.

Although the present invention has been disclosed in the form of preferred embodiments and variations thereon, it will be understood that numerous additional modifications and variations could be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention.

For the sake of clarity, it is to be understood that the use of ‘a’ or ‘an’ throughout this application does not exclude a plurality, and ‘comprising’ does not exclude other steps or elements.

Claims

1. A split braid comprises a braid body which is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts in an integrated manner, wherein the multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, and the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; the braid body is formed by at least one weaving unit, adjacent two weaving units are connected in a longitudinal direction end to end; each weaving unit is divided into a first closing segment, a split segment and a second closing segment in sequence along a longitudinal direction of the braid body, wherein the first closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group and the first weft as well as the second weft; the split segment is divided into a first branch braid and a second branch braid, the first branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the first upper warp group, the first lower warp group and the first weft; the second branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the second upper warp group, the second lower warp group and the second weft; the second closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group, the first weft and the second weft; the cavity of the first branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment; and the cavity of the second branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment.

The split braid of claim 1, wherein the braid body further comprises a first side thread and a second side thread, the second side thread is arranged on an outer side of the second upper warp group and the second lower warp group along the length direction of the braid body; the first closing segment is composed of a first connecting segment and a first transition segment, wherein in the first connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are arranged on the same side, and the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven into an upper layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the second weft and the lower weft group are interwoven into a lower layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the first connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the first connecting segment at another side of the braid body; in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first connecting segment and the first transition segment to a weaving point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at another side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group and the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the first transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread and the second lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the first transition segment; in the first branch ribbon, the first side thread performs edge closing; in the second branch ribbon, the second side thread performs edge closing; the second closing segment is composed of a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, wherein in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid and the second closing segment to a weaving point between a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at the other side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the second transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread as well as the second lower warp group are woven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the second transition segment; in the second connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are located on the same side, the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven forming an upper layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the second weft and the lower warp group are interwoven forming a lower layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the second connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the second connecting segment at another side of the braid body.

3. The split braid of claim 2, wherein in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body, and in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body.

4. The split braid of claim 2, wherein in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, the first weft has the same length as the second weft.

5. The split braid of claim 2, wherein the braid body further comprises at least one connecting line, the connecting line penetrates through the braid body in a reciprocating manner along the thickness direction of the braid body and is interwoven with the first weft and the second weft.

6. The split braid of claim 5, wherein the braid body further comprises at least one central heart line filled inside the braid body.

7. The split braid of claim 5, wherein the braid body further comprises at least one reserved root thread buried at the middle of the braid body or in a bottom layer of the braid body.

8. The split braid of claim 1, wherein the braid body is an elastic fabric or a non-elastic fabric.

9. The split braid of claim 1, wherein the braid body further comprises jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, one of the jacquard threads which is symmetrical to the first side thread, is located on an upper layer of the braid body and inclines towards the split segment from the side edge to be symmetrical to the first side thread, meanwhile, the other two jacquard threads are located on a lower layer of the braid body and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid.

10. The split braid of claim 2, wherein the braid body further comprises jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, one of the jacquard threads which is symmetrical to the first side thread, is located on an upper layer of the braid body and inclines towards the split segment from the side edge to be symmetrical to the first side thread, meanwhile, the other two of the jacquard threads are located on a lower layer of the braid body and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid.

11. A method of weaving a split braid, wherein the split braid is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts in an integrated manner, multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, and the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; and the split braid comprises at least one weaving unit;

the method comprising: weaving a weaving unit by following steps:
weaving a first closing segment;
weaving a split segment: divide the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group into a upper plane, and divide the second upper warp group as well as the second lower warp group into a lower plane, interweave the first weft with the first upper warp group and the first lower warp group on the upper plane to form the first branch braid, and interweave the second weft with the second upper warp group and the second lower warp group on a lower plane to form the second branch braid;
weaving a second closing segment.

12. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 11, wherein adjacent two weaving units are connected in a longitudinal direction end to end, the method comprising:

weaving a braid body: connect adjacent two weaving units by weaving the first closing segment of another weaving unit after weaving the second closing segment of one weaving unit.

13. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 12, wherein the split braid comprises first side thread and a second side thread; the step of weaving the first closing segment comprising:

weaving a first connecting segment: arrange the upper warp group on an upper layer, and the lower warp group on a lower layer, then respectively weave the first weft and the second weft with the upper warp group and the lower warp group in an integrated manner to form the first connecting segment, the first weft and the second weft are interwoven with warps on the same side at two outer sides of the braid body to form sealing structure, and use the first side thread and the second side thread to perform edge closing respectively on the outer side or the inner side which are at the same side of the braid body;
weaving the first transition segment: keep the upper warp group, the lower warp group and the second side thread unchanged, and weave the first side thread extending obliquely from the outer side of the braid body to a weaving point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid along a plane in which the upper warp group is located, weave the first side thread extending obliquely towards a lower inner direction of the braid from the outer side; interweave the first weft and the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group to form a U-shaped structure at one side of the first transition segment, and interweave the second weft and the second upper warp group as well as the second lower warp group to form a U-shaped structure at another side of the first transition segment; and connect the two U-shaped braid structures together to form a flat tubular shape braid;
the step of weaving the split segment comprising: weaving the first side thread for edge closing at the inner side of the first branch braid; weaving the second side thread for edge closing at the outer side of the second branch braid;
the step of weaving the second closing segment comprising: weaving a second transition segment, and the method of weaving the second transition segment is the same as the method of weaving the first transition segment; weaving a second connecting segment, and the method of weaving the second connecting segment is the same as the method of weaving the first connecting segment.

14. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 13, wherein the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body; the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body.

15. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 13, wherein in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, the first weft has the same length as the second weft.

16. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 13, wherein the braid body further comprises at least one connecting line, and the method comprising: interweaving the connecting line with the first weft and the second weft.

17. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 16 comprising: filling at least one central heart line filled inside the braid body.

18. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 16 comprising: burying at least one reserved root thread at the middle of the braid body or in a bottom layer of the braid body.

19. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 11, wherein the braid body is an elastic fabric or a non-elastic fabric.

20. The method of weaving the split braid in claim 11 comprising: weaving jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment; wherein weaving one of the jacquard threads on an upper layer of the braid body and from the side edge towards the split segment, and weaving the one of the jacquard threads symmetrically to the first side thread, meanwhile, weaving the other two of the jacquard threads on a lower layer of the braid body and weaving the other two jacquard threads symmetrically to the upper layer of the braid.
