    Abstract: A method for correcting a phase jump caused by polarization-induced fading in optical fiber phase demodulation, including the steps of: 1, selecting a demodulated phase in the case of non-depolarization as historical sample data; 2, determining an autoregressive coefficient and a moving average coefficient of the autoregressive moving average model for the demodulated phase; 3, establishing a Kalman prediction model for the demodulated phase, and deriving recursive equations of the Kalman prediction model for the demodulated phase; and 4, judging whether a jump point exists in the actual demodulated phase, determining polarization states of lights if the jump point exists, and correcting the jump point when the polarization states of the lights are in polarization orthogonality by replacing the actual demodulated phase with a predicted phase value. The disclosure ensures the correctness of subsequent vibration-based signal processing.

    Abstract: An enzyme-catalyzed synthesis of (1S,5R)-bicyclolactone. A first genetically-engineered bacterium containing Baeyer-Villiger monooxygenase gene and a second genetically-engineered bacterium containing glucose dehydrogenase gene are constructed and then suspended with culture medium to prepare a first suspension and a second suspension, respectively. The first and second suspensions are centrifuged to respectively produce a first supernatant containing Baeyer-Villiger monooxygenase and a second supernatant containing glucose dehydrogenase, which are mixed. The mixed supernatant is then mixed with a raceme of a substituted bicyclo[3.2.0]-hept-2-en-6-one, a solvent, a hydrogen donor and a cofactor to perform an asymmetric Baeyer-Villiger oxidation to produce the (1S,5R)-bicyclolactone, where an amino acid sequence of the Baeyer-Villiger monooxygenase is shown in SEQ ID NO:1.

The bonding via holes are used for bonding and are surrounded by the bonding layers. A top wiring layer of a third chip is led out through bonding pads formed in a bonding layer. The bonding via holes are aligned with and bonded to the bonding pads to achieve bonding of the three chips. The top wiring layer of the third chip is led out from the back surface of the third chip through a lead-out pad.

The apparatus may further include an acoustic chamber that is separated or isolated from either the primary bass port chamber, secondary bass port chamber, or both primary and secondary bass port chambers. A switch may also be included to dynamically control an air flow resistor at the latter end of the secondary bass port. The primary bass port chamber, secondary bass port chamber, acoustic chamber, and the air flow resistor can separately or collectively be used for tuning the frequency response according to the acoustic enhancement desired.

Bacteria attach to the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles. Anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria degrade the cellulose and then detach from the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles, and the anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria are obtained by means of separation using a magnet. The magnetic nano-separation technology can be used as a new technology to efficiently separate anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria.

Compared with the existing methods, in the disclosure, the pretreatment process is simple and easy to be conducted, the sample can be prepared in a short time, and the toxic and harmful organic solvent is used at a reduced amount.

The kinetic resolution is carried out in the presence of the monoamine oxidase as a catalyst and a reductant, and the resulting product has a high chiral purity.

    Abstract: An internally injected replacement support room-type coal pillar recovery method is provided. During the recovery the room-type coal pillars with an aspect ratio greater than 0.6 are divided into two parts: reserved coal pillars and pre-mined coal pillars. After the mining of the pre-mined coal pillars, a cemented filling material is injected into a goaf surrounded by the reserved coal pillars, and is stabilized to replace the coal pillars for support, and the reserved coal pillars are recovered. A mechanical model of the reserved coal pillars in a support overburden stage is established based on the Winkler beam theory, to obtain displacement and stress conditions of a roof of the reserved coal pillar in a support stage. A theoretical reserve-width of the reserved coal pillars is obtained according to a first strength theory of the roof and a criterion of ultimate strength of the reserved coal pillars.
