Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure can provide a system, a method and an apparatus for analyzing a traffic road condition. The method can include acquiring attribute information and road traffic information of a traffic network, comprising road intersections and road segments, analyzing the attribute information and the road traffic information to generate road condition parameters, monitoring the traffic road condition of the traffic network based on the generated road condition parameters, and adjusting, in response to a determination that a road condition monitoring result of a road intersection of the traffic network is an unbalanced intersection, a phase signal of a signal light of the unbalanced intersection.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure can provide a road traffic analysis method and an apparatus. The method can comprise obtaining a traffic parameter of a road intersection by analyzing road traffic information of the road intersection, determining a reference adjustment length for each phase of a traffic signal cycle corresponding to each lane of the road intersection based on the road traffic information and the traffic parameter. The traffic signal cycle has one or more phases. The method can also comprise determining a first adjustment length when a difference between the reference adjustment length and the first adjustment length satisfies a condition associated with the lanes of the road intersection and the corresponding traffic parameter, and adjusting the phases of the traffic light cycle at the road intersection based on the first adjustment length for each phase.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mercury removal system for a coal-fired power plant comprising: a mercury content monitoring system configured to monitor a mercury concentration in flue gas; a fly ash collecting device configured to collect fly ash from an electrostatic precipitator in the coal-fired power plant; a modifying device configured to be supplied with the collected fly ash and prepare a mercury sorbent from the fly ash; a sorbent injector configured to inject the mercury sorbent into flues of the coal-fired power plant so as to mix and contact with the flue gas in the flue and adsorb the elemental mercury in the flue gas. Thus, the concentration of the mercury pollutant emission is decreased.

Abstract: A location sensitive, public security advisory system and method that communicates with the service subscriber app running on mobile devices, and utilizes the real-time location information to present comprehensive subscriber status information in a given area of interest to security agents. This system can also identify zones at different security status and direct the apps on the mobile devices to display textual alerts and visual geographical zone alerts on the map and blueprint of the area of interest. The system can also provide escape route advice to the subscribers textually or visually on the app's map.
