    Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of a hematopoietic cell kinase (HCK) inhibitor in preparation of a drug for treating pulmonary fibrosis, and relates to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) model mice are used as a subject to allow research. Administration of an HCK inhibitor RK-20449 to IPF mice can effectively alleviate the progression of pulmonary fibrosis. A weight and a survival rate of the IPF mice have improved to a certain extent, and their lung function has improved significantly. The transcription levels of inflammatory factors Il-1?, Il-6, and Tnf-? in a lung tissue of the IPF mice have decreased, while the concentrations of inflammatory factors IL-1? and IL-6 in the alveolar lavage fluid have also decreased. The transcription levels of fibrosis factors Col-I and Fn-1 are decreased, the collagen-specific amino acid hydroxyproline is decreased, and the degree of lesions is alleviated.

    Abstract: Provided is a use of a Galectin-1 inhibitor in preparation of a drug for treating pulmonary fibrosis. Taking silicosis model mice as a subject, administration of a Galectin-1 inhibitor OTX008 to silicosis mice can effectively alleviate the progression of pulmonary fibrosis. Studies have shown that the lung function of mice with silicosis is improved significantly; transcription levels of inflammatory factors Il-1? and Il-6 in the lung tissue of silicosis mice are decreased, concentrations of IL-1? and IL-6 in the alveolar lavage fluid are also decreased, and the infiltration of inflammatory cells is decreased. In the lung tissue of silicosis mice, the transcription levels of fibrosis factors Col-I and Fn-1 are decreased, the collagen-specific amino acid hydroxyproline is decreased, the fibrosis lesions are decreased, and the degree of lesions is alleviated. Therefore, the Galectin-1 inhibitor can be used as a new treatment strategy for pulmonary fibrosis.

    Abstract: Provided is use of pirfenidone (PFD) combined with nintedanib (BIBF 1120) in preparation of a drug for treating pneumoconiosis, which relates to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, silicosis model mice in a fibrosis stage are used as a subject to allow research. A combined drug of PFD and BIBF 1120 to silicosis mice may effectively alleviate the progression of silicosis. The combined drug shows superiority in lung function, inflammation, and fibrosis, and exhibits an effect better than therapy with PFD or BIBF 1120 alone. Meanwhile, after the combined administration of PFD and BIBF 1120, there is no significant change in a body weight of the mice, and there is also no significant increase in liver function injury indicators such as serum aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST).

Copper azide and cuprous azide nanocrystals are highly uniformly embedded within a conductive framework, which may effectively avoid the agglomeration of copper azide and cuprous azide, and reduce static charge generated by friction, displacement, and the like. Meanwhile, the conductive framework may promote the effective transfer of charge, avoid the accumulation of static charge, and improve the electrostatic safety.

    Abstract: A method for producing light aromatic hydrocarbons from C9+ aromatic hydrocarbons includes a step of contacting a C9+ aromatic hydrocarbon with a dealkylation catalyst comprising a KL zeolite, and platinum and a modifying metal supported thereon in the presence of hydrogen, to obtain a light aromatic hydrocarbon. The modifying metal is selected from the group consisting of Group IIA metals and rare earth metals. By using a Pt/KL catalyst comprising a specific modifying metal in the dealkylation reaction of C9+ aromatic hydrocarbons for producing light aromatic hydrocarbons, the method shows the advantages of high conversion rate of feedstock, high yield of light aromatic hydrocarbons, good reaction selectivity.
