    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided. The method includes forming a plurality of semiconductor layers vertically stacked over a substrate, wherein the semiconductor layers are vertically spaced apart from each other; forming a source/drain epitaxial structure on sides of the semiconductor layers, wherein the source/drain epitaxial structure is doped with a p-type doping species; implanting fluorine ions into the source/drain epitaxial structure; after implanting fluorine ions into the source/drain epitaxial structure, performing an annealing process to diffuse the p-type doping species into a side region of a topmost one of the semiconductor layers; and forming a source/drain contact over the source/drain epitaxial structure.

    Abstract: A FPC mounting module includes a mounting part and an FPC. The mounting part is provided with a mounting hole, the FPC penetrates the mounting hole, and there is a gap between the FPC and an inner wall surface of the mounting hole. A first surface of the FPC is glued to a first wall surface of the mounting hole by using a first adhesive part. The gap is filled with flowing adhesive, to form a second adhesive part. The FPC is sealed in and fastened to the mounting hole by using the second adhesive part.

The method includes: configuring an alternating pulse repetition frequency model for radar ranging; defining an extended non-coherent accumulation model in a distance-time plane for target detection; configuring an S-type recursive energy tracking model for target tracking; designing a recursive energy filter, conducting update by recursive energy to keep target tracking at a high signal-to-noise ratio, and obtaining a target trajectory by using a filter algorithm. According to the method of the present disclosure, pulse repetition frequencies within a same sampling period are designed to a constant value, so that there is enough energy for coherent accumulation detection.

The methods can comprise the steps of clearance, escalation, and maintenance. In one embodiment the dosing regimen administers an initial (i) sub-therapeutic dose of an anti-CD47 agent or (ii) a cytoreductive therapy to achieve a safe level of circulating tumor cells for subsequent treatment (clearance); escalating the dose of an anti-CD47 agent until a therapeutic dose is reached (escalation); and maintaining the therapeutic dose for a period of time sufficient to reduce tumor cells in the bone marrow of the patient (maintenance). In an alternative dosing regimen, a patient determined to have a safe level of circulating tumor cells at presentation is treated by the steps of escalation and maintenance without initial clearance.
